Clara稱性騷被打臉 傳照色誘前老闆

日前因網路瘋傳「中永和屁孩到三重隨機砍人」、「三重已有人被砍傷」等訊息，並搭配遭砍傷等照片，造成民眾恐慌。雖之後證實為「三和大戰」，但警方依舊以妨害秩序送辦轉發訊息的林姓、吳姓網友。但新北地檢署偵結後，認為2人「提醒」而非「恐嚇公眾」，予以不起訴。警方指出，林男在line群組內發送「各位，近來晚上行經中永和、板橋、三重、蘆洲、新莊時請注意自身安危，因為這幾天已有不少人被砍傷，起因為中永和跟三重的在互砍，又變成不相干的人也要去砍」、「各位這幾天三重少去，南勢角的人來尋仇，見人亂砍」等訊息，並搭配群眾聚集跟砍傷照。

日前因網路瘋傳「中永和屁孩到三重隨機砍人」、「三重已有人被砍傷」等訊息，並搭配遭砍傷等照片，造成民眾恐慌。雖之後證實為「三和大戰」，但警方依舊以妨害秩序送辦轉發訊息的林姓、吳姓網友。但新北地檢署偵結後，認為2人「提醒」而非「恐嚇公眾」，予以不起訴。警方指出，林男在line群組內發送「各位，近來晚上行經中永和、板橋、三重、蘆洲、新莊時請注意自身安危，因為這幾天已有不少人被砍傷，起因為中永和跟三重的在互砍，又變成不相干的人也要去砍」、「各位這幾天三重少去，南勢角的人來尋仇，見人亂砍」等訊息，並搭配群眾聚集跟砍傷照。

吳女看到訊息後，又透過line將圖、文轉發給其他人，認為2人觸犯恐嚇公眾罪嫌。2人辯稱，他們是從別的地方收到的，且基於提醒親友注意人身安全才轉發，並非有意造成恐慌。檢方認為，「三和大戰」的確發生，並非編造，且傳訊時也的確加上提醒語句，2人出於提醒，而非恐嚇之意。加上無其他積極證據，偵結後予以2人不起訴。(中國時報)，

嘉縣大林鎮簡姓屋主請人挖掘化糞池，剛刨泥地就傳出刺鼻油氣，工人不願冒爆炸危險罷工，4日公所會同中油等單位封街開挖，徹查油氣來源。但因現場唯一挖到的塑膠管不可能輸送油品，油氣濃度最高也只有1.7PPM，排除漏油爆炸危機；居民則認為是油汙染未散所致。「不會是油管滲漏吧？」簡男上周開挖化糞池，濃濃的油氣飄散，不僅工人直呼「這麼恐怖不賺了」，左右鄰居也擔憂氣爆重演，於是找上公所、縣府等單位陳情盼釐清原因。他表示，約半世紀前，這條舊的台一線附近曾發生大規模漏油事件，就怕又發生地下管線爆炸意外。

油氣外洩？開挖檢測虛驚一場

嘉縣大林鎮簡姓屋主請人挖掘化糞池，剛刨泥地就傳出刺鼻油氣，工人不願冒爆炸危險罷工，4日公所會同中油等單位封街開挖，徹查油氣來源。但因現場唯一挖到的塑膠管不可能輸送油品，油氣濃度最高也只有1.7PPM，排除漏油爆炸危機；居民則認為是油汙染未散所致。「不會是油管滲漏吧？」簡男上周開挖化糞池，濃濃的油氣飄散，不僅工人直呼「這麼恐怖不賺了」，左右鄰居也擔憂氣爆重演，於是找上公所、縣府等單位陳情盼釐清原因。他表示，約半世紀前，這條舊的台一線附近曾發生大規模漏油事件，就怕又發生地下管線爆炸意外。

為消除民眾疑慮，縣府3日先與環保局、消防局及中油、嘉惠電廠、欣嘉天然氣、軍方等單位共同會勘，確認都沒有在此處埋設油管後，為解除民眾疑慮，昨天上午更在中油煉油研究所博士陳清涼等人監測下，全面封街開挖。果然怪手捲起土壤，一陣濃濃刺鼻油氣瀰漫，現場氣氛緊張；尤其在深達1.2米時最為明顯，但繼續往下挖，氣味反而越來越淡。根據專業檢測儀器顯示，濃度最高約1.7PPM，遠低於1萬2000PPM危險值；至於其他土層僅有臭水溝味並沒有油氣，加上挖到的塑膠管口徑和材質都不可能是油品管線後，建設處副處長郭良江表示，初步已排除漏油事件。經證實為虛驚一場後，屋主雖鬆了口氣，但也懷疑是有人非法屯油料洩漏滲入，推估該層恐受油品汙染，一切還要經過層層檢驗確認才能安心。(中國時報)，

國際老虎日 動物園邀民眾節能

    　動物園指出，溫室效應導致海平面上升，摧毀位於孟加拉沿岸的孫德爾本斯紅樹林，而棲息於此的孟加拉虎是世界上最大的老虎族群之一，現在也因為全球溫度上升，導致海平面上升，直接影響孟加拉虎的棲息地，整個族群深受威脅，很可能於本世紀末滅絕。
    　園方表示，動物園自6月15日推出「Saving @zoo台北動物園ENERGY愛能季」闖關活動，在全園設置8站節能關卡，邀請民眾一起從日常生活實行節能減碳。只要跟著節能地圖在動物園走透透，將看板上問題的答案填到節能地圖上，完成後即可到遊客服務中心換取文宣品1份，活動至8月31日止。
    　動物園呼籲，節約能源、節能減碳不只是為了人類，也為了這些同樣和我們一起生活在地球上的動物。當民眾想到北極熊面臨的威脅，也別忘了孟加拉虎也正受到相同的威脅，地球上所有的生物也都面臨同樣的問題。1020729

壽山動物園擴建 選定內門東埔里

    　未來取得興建動物園土地後，將以ＢＯＴ方式引進民間資金辦理國際招商，規畫為多元主題式休憩園區，並於園區建設空中纜車，從國外引進動物。，

竹竿戳民眾？北警：只是撥開 願道歉

    　市警局也公布一日的蒐證影片，指出是民眾欲破壞拒馬，才使用竹竿。轄區中正一分局長方仰寧表示，事先準備卅五支竹竿、包有塑膠套，希望不要傷到人；上面塗了牛油，避免民眾抓取。竿子只用來撥開抗議者拉扯拒馬的手，沒有故意戳人。過去也曾準備竹竿因應，但從未使用。
    　黃昇勇則說，將再檢討執法過程，未來會採用制式的作法因應抗議行動。此事造成社會不良觀感，他願向遊行民眾致歉。，
