    　IC Insights在最新研究報告中發現，先進製程已經成為晶圓代工市場最大成長動能，預估龍頭大廠台積電今年45奈米以下營收佔比將達51％，至於格羅方德（GlobalFoundries）因為替超微代工微處理器，被迫要持續進行製程微縮，所以今年45奈米以下營收占比也將達50％。
    　聯電今年45奈米以下先進製程營收占比可能僅22％，而中芯國際比重更僅11％。而IC Insights指出，45奈米以下製程比重愈高，每片8吋約當晶圓平均營收貢獻也出現很大落差，台積電今年上半年平均每片8吋約當晶圓貢獻營收達1，264美元，聯電約787美元，中芯約812美元，均遠低於台積電約35~40％。
    　隨著今年行動裝置核心晶片大量採用28奈米製程，只有擁有足夠產能的晶圓代工廠能夠從中獲得利潤。IC Insights指出，28奈米製程晶圓代工市場產值去年達27億美元，今年大幅成長到81億美元，年成長率達2倍，但28奈米以上製程因價格調降或終端市場需求不佳，卻由去年的290億美元衰退3％至今年的282億美元。
    　台積電今年第2季28奈米營收達15億美元，預估今年28奈米營收將上看63.3億美元，是去年21億美元的3倍，IC Insights因此認為，就算格羅方德及聯電等業者搶進28奈米市場，但台積電今年在28奈米市場占有率仍高達78％，獲利也幾乎都由台積電拿走。，

    　盧嘉辰擔任立委期間，先後在內政、經濟、司法及法制等委員會，炸彈客找上他並鎖定高鐵，引發外界諸多聯想，甚至不排除與高鐵土地利益有關。
    　據了解，胡嫌與一名陳姓律師曾介入黑松、東南水泥、大同等公司經營權，相關人士懷疑，可能是盧嘉辰在國會質詢或推行相關法案時，阻礙相關企業的土地利益，才會遭有心人士放置炸彈恐嚇。
    　地方也傳出此案與大墓公糾紛有關，因大墓公數十億元資產引發利益糾紛，還曾鬧出當時同為藍營的大墓公管理人土城市長盧嘉辰、板橋市長江惠貞、中和市長邱垂益對薄公堂。
    　當年盧嘉辰擔任大墓公主任管理人期間，遭檢調質疑帳目不清楚，後來獲檢方處分不起訴，但部分人士也懷疑，炸彈案可能與此有關。
    　盧嘉辰則說，大墓公爭議早已煙消雲散，彼此造成傷口已平復，且已由司法單位還他清白，現在卻有人到處在外頭放話，分明是想抹黑，「亂講話的人，遲早會被大墓公懲罰！」
    　盧嘉辰說，他也很想知道服務處為何會成為攻擊目標，幸好關公繞境用餐地點臨時更改，加上炸彈沒有引爆，才沒讓喜事成悲劇，算是不幸中的大幸。又說，檢警能在短短幾天內逮到嫌犯，大家都很肯定，但他希望檢警盡快釐清兩嫌動機，以免外界不必要的猜忌。，

蘇迪勒颱風造成高雄小港大林蒲地區部分路段淹水，藍、綠立委參選人為此大作文章爭選票；藍營林國正指成功爭取到鳳林抽水站改善經費；綠營賴瑞隆拜會水利局研議提高防洪標準，以解決淹水問題。大林蒲鳳林抽水站附近鳳林路、鳳北路一帶地勢低窪，2010年曾設2部抽水機將積水排放鹽水港溪，但若海水漲潮溪水回流，常造成鳳興、鳳源、鳳林里等地淹水。

蘇迪勒颱風造成高雄小港大林蒲地區部分路段淹水，藍、綠立委參選人為此大作文章爭選票；藍營林國正指成功爭取到鳳林抽水站改善經費；綠營賴瑞隆拜會水利局研議提高防洪標準，以解決淹水問題。大林蒲鳳林抽水站附近鳳林路、鳳北路一帶地勢低窪，2010年曾設2部抽水機將積水排放鹽水港溪，但若海水漲潮溪水回流，常造成鳳興、鳳源、鳳林里等地淹水。

民進黨提名立委參選人賴瑞隆表示，大林蒲地區有空汙、交通、水患等許多民生問題，蘇迪勒颱風帶來降雨量最高達到每小時110mm以上，目前現行排水系統標準為每小時70mm，遇瞬間大雨及鹽水港溪回流常造成當地民眾困擾，水利局應重新評估大林蒲治水方案。國民黨立委林國正爭取連任，他召集經濟部水利署、內政部營建署及高市府水利局共同會勘鳳林抽水站排水；他指出，該站出水管線沿鳳北路往港區方向排放，但途中經過其他排水管線且易受大潮影響排水，導致大雨期間產生迴流現象。林國正說，短期應先改變抽水機排水方向及增強抽水機功能，長期全盤檢討，1個月內由營建署及高市府共同提出改善計畫。(中國時報)，
