    　狄米崔成科於2002年加入波修瓦芭蕾舞團，並擔任知名舞劇《恐怖伊凡》的首席舞者。他的性格火爆，曾5度被踢出舞蹈學校，但因舞藝精湛而被留下，並加入波修瓦芭蕾舞團。
    　這件案子審理期間，波修瓦芭蕾舞團的其他團員，包括舞者、舞台和行政人員，曾發起連署公開信，指出狄米崔成科是一名專業素養和人文精神並具的職業舞者，要求法官從輕量刑。，

WiMAX業者現況表

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）最快將於今年10月上旬，進行第2波4G釋照競標，而原本重疊在該頻段上的6家WiMAX業者，近短短不到1年內，倒的倒、關的關，僅存全球一動拚9月底申請換照過關。業界悲觀認為，全球一動卡住第2波4G競標頻譜，加上基地台增建不及，台灣的WiMAX產業已走入落日。在中部從有線電視系統業者起家的威達雲端，及旗下威邁斯2家WiMAX業務的經營業者，已正式向NCC提出終止WiMAX業務。這是繼因被NCC否決換照申請，被迫於去年12月初繳回屆期執照的大同電信，及正式宣告破產、進入清算程序的大眾電信，與自願提前繳回執照的遠傳電信後，第4、5家退場的WiMAX業者。

4G釘子戶 全球一動9月過關難

WiMAX業者現況表

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）最快將於今年10月上旬，進行第2波4G釋照競標，而原本重疊在該頻段上的6家WiMAX業者，近短短不到1年內，倒的倒、關的關，僅存全球一動拚9月底申請換照過關。業界悲觀認為，全球一動卡住第2波4G競標頻譜，加上基地台增建不及，台灣的WiMAX產業已走入落日。在中部從有線電視系統業者起家的威達雲端，及旗下威邁斯2家WiMAX業務的經營業者，已正式向NCC提出終止WiMAX業務。這是繼因被NCC否決換照申請，被迫於去年12月初繳回屆期執照的大同電信，及正式宣告破產、進入清算程序的大眾電信，與自願提前繳回執照的遠傳電信後，第4、5家退場的WiMAX業者。

目前僅存的全球一動，WBA執照亦將於明年4月到期；業者為求生存，孤注一擲再向NCC第4度遞出變更建設計畫書，改買小型基地台（small cell）要拚足量建設，希望爭取9月底提出申請換照過關，力駁再撐6年的最後一線生機。但電信業者多對於全球一動的換照不甚樂觀，除了NCC要求其需在9月底前，從目前的717座基地增蓋至2500台，時程上頗為急迫外，最主要的關鍵，仍在於即將開跑的2.6GHz頻段第2波4G釋照競標案，僅剩全球一動1家「釘子戶」，因此全球一動所「卡」住的頻段，也將成為此回競標頻段區塊中，底標金額設定最低的一段。面對WiMAX業者這段期間以來的不滿與抗議，NCC主委石世豪則不只一次表態，指WiMAX業者也可直接競標取得4G執照。只是，在WiMAX相繼負債經營、爆發巨額虧損下，哪來的錢再去競標頻譜？業者感嘆，台灣的WiMAX產業，已被NCC判了死刑。(中國時報)，

    　但書中沒提的是，歐巴馬在討論增兵阿富汗的會議中拿出增兵方案，要出席的首長簽字同意，蓋茨當場簽字。根據當年會議紀錄，他還對歐巴馬說，「總統，你吹響號角，穆倫（當時的聯席參謀會議主席）和我就第一個去攻山頭。」
    　歐巴馬2010年受訪時表示，他和蓋茨的共事關係良好，他自認已經獲得蓋茨的信賴與信任；然而蓋茨在本書卻一再抱怨，他和歐巴馬團隊打交道時，總覺得彼此間缺乏信賴與信任。顯見兩人認知南轅北轍。
    　蓋茨這本書長達594頁，書中提到歐巴馬的部分以批評居多，但也說了幾句好話。他稱讚歐巴馬「人品完整」，在書的尾聲時，他更宣稱，覺得歐巴馬對阿富汗的所有決策都是正確的。這番話和他前面對歐巴馬處理阿富汗戰爭的嚴厲批評顯然前後矛盾。
    　蓋茨對歐巴馬團隊其他成員的評價更糟，例如指控副總統拜登以「從井下毒」的方式對付軍方領導高層。前國務卿希拉蕊．柯林頓，則罕見獲得蓋茨高度評價。他稱讚希拉蕊「精明幹練，有理想但務實…是美國在全世界的絕佳代表。」，

，囤房稅上路後，房屋稅率最高3.6％，今年新制估計須繳近100萬元的房屋稅；另若是去年底落成的新豪宅，以130坪房子為例，受到標準單價提高影響，原本1年40萬元的房屋稅，現在可能要95萬元。蘇建榮說，依據《房屋稅條例》，房屋標準單價每3年調整1次，因為去年才調整，依法要等到2017年才能再度調整，但財政局會開始慢慢研擬舊房屋標準單價的調整方式，不會一體適用，原則是越舊的房子調整越少。至於大巨蛋問題，柯說：「大巨蛋要先解決，那個很麻煩。」副市長鄧家基說，1個月內將由另名副市長林欽榮組成大巨蛋「全區交通疏散安全專案體檢小組」，會同學者專家，檢視大巨蛋結構是否需要改善，也不排除「拆掉巨蛋」等任何可能。，

新北：前板橋區公所養護工程課長林一明，自2009年至2013年涉以允諾特定業者得標、浮報保養金額方式收取46萬元賄款，手下許姓約聘僱人員除收61萬元賄款，還以不實報價單向區公所詐得112萬6070元，新北地檢署依貪汙罪起訴，並以林一明惡性重大、犯後態度不佳，請求從重量刑。
