陶神無處安身 議員請命蓋廟

，希望市府興建陶神廟，香火鼎盛、保佑鶯歌陶瓷業。製陶祖師爺羅明，因擅長手拉坯技術，被拉坯為主的泉州吳家後人尊奉為「陶神」，早年鶯歌地區也由不同窯場輪值安奉1年，並於農曆9月9日陶神誕辰日時，盛大舉行陶神遶境祭祀活動。在那個煙囪林立、柴燒成品不易控制的年代裡，想將陶神羅明像請回供奉的鶯歌窯場主人，還得透過擲筊競爭爐主，「槓龜」窯主，只能以紅紙寫上陶神羅明，祈求成品能賣得好價錢。最後一個輪值陶神的爐主，就是以燒製梨皮壺著稱的「阿萬師」。隨著電窯、瓦斯窯取代柴窯，陶瓷成品良率提升，保佑柴窯成功燒製作品的陶神也受冷落，最後被請回鶯歌陶瓷發源地同慶里福興宮安奉，暫時與土地公共擠一廟。蘇有仁說，陶博館後方7.7公頃的園區土地並未開發利用，盼市府文化局、民政局能撥用土地興建陶神廟，讓陶神香火鼎盛、鶯歌地區陶瓷產業更有發展。鶯歌區長胡合鎔指出，陶神信仰在鶯歌地區已有上百年的悠久歷史，在民意及市議員的反映下，市府將會進一步討論；陶博館長陳春蘭表示，陶神是在地的歷史文化一環，先人的文化記憶可被保存與延續，她樂觀其成。，

亞洲續旺 提防泡沫化風險

    　亞銀最新出爐的「亞洲開發展望（Asian Development Outlook）」報告指出，中國經濟回溫及東南亞經濟「強力擴張」，成為帶動亞洲成長的領頭羊，另內需旺盛也替亞洲經濟動能增添柴火。
    　亞銀報告預估，涵蓋45國的亞洲開發中經濟體將擺脫去年成長放緩的陰霾，今年成長率加速到6.6％，明年成長率6.7％。亞洲開發中國家去年國內生產毛額（GDP）僅成長6.1％，為2009年來最難看紀錄。
    　在內需暢旺與出口轉佳的支撐下，中國大陸2013年的GDP成長率，料由2012年的7.8％攀升到8.2％，明年成長率8％。
    　與中國同列金磚國家的印度，今年GDP成長率應可自去年的5％彈升至6％，明年更擴張到6.5％。
    　東南亞經濟仍憑藉民間消費強勁與區內貿易熱絡的優勢而表現出色，今年GDP成長率預估為5.4％，明年5.7％。
    　亞銀報告預測，台灣經濟可望扭轉去年僅成長1.3％的劣勢而轉強，今明年成長率分別上看3.5％與3.9％，表現超越香港、南韓和新加坡，居亞洲四小龍之冠。
    　儘管亞洲經濟成長持續不輟，但亞銀仍點出該區發展的隱憂，包括通膨有升溫之虞。亞銀報告預估，亞洲開發中國家的通膨率，將從去年的3.7％，揚升到今年的4％與明年的4.2％。
    　亞銀警告，已開發國家為刺激經濟將持續寬鬆，促使外資湧入亞洲，升高該區資產泡沫化風險，此外美國財政爭議、歐債問題及亞洲地緣政治衝突，也恐危及亞洲總體經濟的穩定。，

，11月26日被魯姓老師詢問「昨天為什麼沒來上學」後，回答「弟弟吐吐，晚上照顧他，沒精神才請假。」卻被魯師認為「說謊」，要求她打電話找家長到校、否則要一直站在校門口「等」。應曉薇說，這小女生是低收入戶家庭，乖巧可愛，她爸爸當天到校，就看到女兒站在校門口邊哭邊發抖，十分心疼，「為什麼不能對小朋友寬容一點？」女童還因此2周不願上學。此外，魯師還曾因另名陳姓學生吃飯較慢，直接把他的便當盒丟到操場跑道、還要學生自己撿回來，讓小朋友現在只敢吃飯糰。應曉薇表示，該名老師事發後不願對學生和家長道歉，甚至還嗆家長「有種你打我啊」，態度強硬，家長一時忍不住和老師大打出手。事後家長雖道歉，但魯師仍未出席上周的協調會，僅校長施能杰再三表示將帶著老師道歉。家長認為，仍應由教育局調查該名老師是否對低年級小孩較沒耐心、不適任擔任導師，「只有道歉，以後可能還是有小孩受害。」教育局主任秘書陳順和說，對考績會提出的懲處結果慎重考量，若真有體罰，可能記過或解聘，但若是管教過當，也會先對老師、學生進行輔導。據了解，魯師目前請假中，但截至截稿，施能杰並未接電話。，

社頭鄉餐飲業者劉文得與兒子劉智然，為了讓青少年宣洩旺盛精力，同時遠離飆車、毒品誘惑，專程引進在國外流行的小型甩尾車，並在14日邀請30多名彰化家扶兒童體驗，享受甩尾的刺激與樂趣。30出頭歲的劉智然說，幾年前到澳洲打工時，發現當地的公園、私人庭院都有人在玩小型甩尾車，相當新鮮又好玩，尤其是，似乎可以滿足青少年追求刺激的快感，於是與父親劉文得商量後決定引進回台灣，提供給青少年另外另外一種尋求刺激的選擇。

社頭鄉餐飲業者劉文得與兒子劉智然，為了讓青少年宣洩旺盛精力，同時遠離飆車、毒品誘惑，專程引進在國外流行的小型甩尾車，並在14日邀請30多名彰化家扶兒童體驗，享受甩尾的刺激與樂趣。30出頭歲的劉智然說，幾年前到澳洲打工時，發現當地的公園、私人庭院都有人在玩小型甩尾車，相當新鮮又好玩，尤其是，似乎可以滿足青少年追求刺激的快感，於是與父親劉文得商量後決定引進回台灣，提供給青少年另外另外一種尋求刺激的選擇。

念的是汽修科，劉智然表示，這款小型甩尾車，零件由外國引進，在台灣組裝，歷經4個月的測試，確定安全無虞後才會讓它上路。這種車輛輕巧，特殊車輪結構容易甩尾，8歲至70歲、體重110公斤以內民眾都可使用。(中國時報)，

金泰希和周元主演的韓劇《龍八夷》因超高收視話題不斷，２日播出第９集收視率下滑3.5％，但仍以平均17％穩居同時段冠軍。由於戲紅人紅，廣告廠商接踵而至，過於明顯的置入性行銷被推論是收視率不升反降的主因。前天置入包括手機程式、礦泉水及餐廳等。一幕幫受傷小孩塗藥的畫面，不忘特寫金泰希手中礦泉水，打廣告痕跡突兀又粗糙，有網友說好像看到民視的《嫁妝》。
