，企圖拿到香港便宜販賣。海關喝令男子脫下衣服之後，

，簡直像是用手機給自己穿了裝甲，

海關表示，
，除了這名男子之外，也有其他人士，以同樣的方法，企圖挾帶便宜手機闖關。而且令人傻眼的是，他們供稱，他們如果能成功闖關，每支手機他們只能拿到五塊港幣的酬勞，合台幣還不到二十塊。

，常嚷嚷著要自殺、了斷自己，而她二天前因大腸發炎進行手術，剛出院後因受不了疾病所帶來的疼痛，而選擇家中後陽台的洗衣機自殺。
王婦女兒下班返家時，發現媽媽呈「倒栽蔥」姿勢，插在水全滿的洗衣機中，旁邊還有一張藍色塑膠椅，因無力將母親拉起，便趕緊衝到樓下請警衛協助，送往雙和醫院搶救，仍回天乏術。
警方調查，王婦先將洗衣機中的水放至全滿，並在一旁放置藍色塑膠椅做為踏板，而身高一百六十五公分的王婦，踩上椅子時頭部剛好落至水中溺斃身亡，而此自殺方式罕見，足證死者「死意甚堅」。，

在立法院審議的「長期照護服務法」行政院版草案，
，被民間團體批評，
，長照服務內容不夠創新、彈性，
，無法滿足多樣化的照護需求；當服務不夠用、不好用，
，只會加速民眾對外籍看護工的依賴。
「這份草案讓民間團體很不放心！」老人福利聯盟祕書長吳玉琴分析，
，政府僅把長照服務方式分為居家式、社區式、機構收住式等類別，
，內容概括籠統，
，其餘授權行政機關訂定子法，
，讓民間憂心長照服務沒有願景。
弘道老人福利基金會執行長林依瑩直言，政府受限經費有限，對於民眾申請居服，嚴格限制時數和服務內容，結果往往導致民眾認為服務不夠用，四處奔波的居服員喟嘆，心有餘而力不足。
林依瑩形容，服務模式不夠彈性，「 就像賣東西一樣，就算有再好的銷售員（照顧人力），東西不好用，也沒人會想持續使用」。她說，這促使弘道在今年推出本國居服員搭配外籍看護，嘗試「走動式照顧服務」，縮小服務員的移動範圍，在社區、鄰里間的個案家走動，希望一天到宅多次。照顧需求只增不減，伊甸基金會也將跟進，預計明年上半年開辦走動式服務。
台灣失智症協會則尋覓據點設立「瑞智互助家庭」，讓失智症家屬互相幫忙、打氣，減輕照顧負擔。普及照顧政策聯盟強調，照護需求多樣，政府應鼓勵各種社區規模、創新的服務方式，別讓「在地老化」成為空談。
衛生福利部護理及健康照護司長鄧素文說，目前草案仍在審議中，會持續和各界討論。，

桃園：警方22日清晨在中壢區元化路大樓內，破獲天九牌職業賭場，豈料抓賭當下，大樓卻淹大水，大量自來水從高樓處傾洩而出，在樓層之間形成小瀑布，形同災難現場。員警調查發現賭徒摸黑竄逃樓頂踩破水塔水管，讓警方好氣又好笑。警方接獲線報，指稱有人在元化路大樓8樓開設職業賭場，昨凌晨1時許前往查緝。由於大樓電梯無端故障，大批人馬逐層搜索並一路爬上8樓，當警力正準備破壞厚重鐵門，卻又聽到流水聲，未久，大量水就像瀑布般狂洩。
