，好奇打開其中一個行李，赫然發現裡頭裝有汽油、電線、鬧鐘與不明化學粉末，趕緊報警。
    　盧嘉辰擔任立委期間，先後在內政、經濟、司法及法制等委員會，炸彈客找上他並鎖定高鐵，引發外界諸多聯想，甚至不排除與高鐵土地利益有關。
    　據了解，胡嫌與一名陳姓律師曾介入黑松、東南水泥、大同等公司經營權，相關人士懷疑，可能是盧嘉辰在國會質詢或推行相關法案時，阻礙相關企業的土地利益，才會遭有心人士放置炸彈恐嚇。
    　地方也傳出此案與大墓公糾紛有關，因大墓公數十億元資產引發利益糾紛，還曾鬧出當時同為藍營的大墓公管理人土城市長盧嘉辰、板橋市長江惠貞、中和市長邱垂益對薄公堂。
    　當年盧嘉辰擔任大墓公主任管理人期間，遭檢調質疑帳目不清楚，後來獲檢方處分不起訴，但部分人士也懷疑，炸彈案可能與此有關。
    　盧嘉辰則說，大墓公爭議早已煙消雲散，彼此造成傷口已平復，且已由司法單位還他清白，現在卻有人到處在外頭放話，分明是想抹黑，「亂講話的人，遲早會被大墓公懲罰！」
    　盧嘉辰說，他也很想知道服務處為何會成為攻擊目標，幸好關公繞境用餐地點臨時更改，加上炸彈沒有引爆，才沒讓喜事成悲劇，算是不幸中的大幸。又說，檢警能在短短幾天內逮到嫌犯，大家都很肯定，但他希望檢警盡快釐清兩嫌動機，以免外界不必要的猜忌。，

高雄氣爆屆滿周年，行政院決定中油五輕營運25年後如期在年底遷廠，對後勁人算是遲來的正義。不過，鄰近大社工業區則沒那麼幸運，原定2018年遷移，如今期望落空，民眾失望透頂，22年前曾經參與大社工業區圍廠抗爭的林見賢氣憤地說：「大社石化廠要遷，只有等待更大災難！」位於中油高雄煉油廠東側的大社工業區，有中石化、中纖等大廠，1993年4月初發生氣體外洩，居民發動圍廠抗爭。當時經濟部長江丙坤與行政院副院長王金平等人邀集各方代表在台北國賓飯店主持協調會，決議「大社工業區內各廠應配合中油高雄煉油廠五輕遷廠計畫一併遷移。」經濟部該年5月5日發出函令做為政策依據。

左鄰右舍 陸續罹癌症高雄海洋科技大學教授沈建全指出，高雄縣進行都市計畫通盤檢討時決議，因應大社工業區2018年遷廠事宜，由現行特種工業區降編為乙種工業區（輕工業區），現有石化廠商應遷移。不過，業者動作頻頻，多數大社居民對遷廠不抱希望。家庭主婦陳媽媽在大社工業區旁住了15年，目前有2個孩子。當年搬進透天厝第一天，她就後悔了，原來馬路另一頭就是大社工業區，晚上工廠排放刺鼻毒氣，逼得他們不敢開窗。長期受到毒氣侵襲，她最近咳嗽咳出血來，不禁質疑：「給我們一口乾淨空氣，有這麼難嗎？」在縣市合併之前，大社工業區屬高雄縣，陳家透天厝位於高雄市，晚上被毒氣燻得無法呼吸，打電話向環保局投訴，總是石沉大海，環保局官員表示那些工廠在高雄縣，不屬他們管轄。但縣市合併後，問題依然無解，陳媽媽說：「不管打幾通電話檢舉，都沒有用！」這些年來，陳媽媽驚覺社區裡很多人死於癌症。她邊咳邊說，「巷子裡有二人罹患鼻咽癌，一個肺腺癌，里長幾周前也因癌症去世。」她感慨，「左鄰右舍對居住環境惡化抱怨連連，百病纏身卻不知如何保護自己，沒有人為居民發聲，大家只能等死！」民怨：民代忙著包工程最令人氣憤的是，如果大社工廠必須在2018年前遷移，為何政府還核准業者擴廠？沈建全指出，前高雄縣長楊秋興卸任前核發多張建照，准許多家廠商擴廠。「一棟棟新廠房蓋起來了，工業區內用地飽和，各廠之間緊密相連，一旦發生意外，後果不堪設想。」世居大社的張姓阿公無奈地表示，「民代忙著包工程，無法發揮監督力量。」針對大社工業區遷廠問題，經濟部大打太極拳，工業局副局長呂正華說明，「依信賴保護原則，原區內廠商可繼續生產；新進駐廠商不可再從事乙種工業區限制之業。」高雄市長陳菊今年3月在市議會答詢時也指出，「原廠商可以繼續使用，但新廠商進駐，必須符合乙種工業區規定。」對此，陳媽媽忿怒地說，「我聽了簡直要吐血。我們忍受這麼多年毒氣，結果卻一場空，感覺很爛。從中央到地方，政治人物心中只有鈔票和選票，那來公平正義？下次選舉若再投民進黨，我不是人！」86條石化管 市區未爆彈針對石化管線的管理，高雄市議會日前修正自治條例，要求石化公司明年底前將總部遷至高雄，否則將予以斷管，其實無法根本解決問題。目前全市石化管線有3條因氣爆而封閉，但其他86條依然穿越市區。林見賢質疑，「若大社工廠不遷移，政府能保證這些管線不再發生氣爆嗎？」半世紀以來，地下石化管線把高雄變成一個大型石化廠，如今政府同意中油五輕在25年後如期遷廠，但對大社工業區遷廠承諾卻視而不見，對大社居民並不公平，叫他們情何以堪？(中國時報)，

    　為了驅離這些不速之客，去年竟有不詳人士異想天開地把老樹修剪得光禿禿，農業局據報後強力介入處理，才把違建遮雨棚及桌椅全數拆除。
    　百年老樹雖被過度修剪得僅剩枝幹，但幸好它的生命力旺盛，經過半年的休養生息，又展現出枝繁葉茂的景緻，但最近老樹周邊興建大樓，居民擔心恐有遮住陽光影響老樹生長之虞。
    　陳淵泉據報後立刻前往現場會勘，他指出，從現場狀況來看，一旁的樓房應不至於遮住陽光，影響老樹生長，反倒是老樹根部、樹幹上的水泥，可能妨害老樹生長。
    　陳淵泉說，老榕樹生長狀況看來相當良好，但有介殼蟲的病蟲害問題，加上距民宅相當近，景觀處會選擇毒性較低的藥劑處理；水泥覆蓋根部、樹幹問題，景觀處也會派員迅速清除，讓老樹根部可以自由呼吸通氣。，

中東遜尼派恐怖聖戰組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）5月21日攻占敘利亞中部霍姆斯省古城帕米拉之後，帕米拉博物館外一尊2000年歷史的獅子雕像慘遭破壞。敘利亞負責文物保存的官員阿布德卡林2日表示，IS成員6月27日砸毀「拉特女神之獅」（Lion of al-Lat）雕像，這尊獨一無二的雕像高3公尺、重達15噸。他說，這是IS對帕米拉古城遺產犯下的最嚴重罪行。

這尊雕像是1977年波蘭考古隊在拉特女神廟發現的，其歷史可以追溯到公元前一世紀。IS於2日公布若干照片，顯示武裝分子用大鐵錘砸毀6尊雕像，還有群眾圍觀，據稱被毀壞的文物掠奪自帕米拉。IS聲稱，這些雕像在走私途中被查獲，有張照片是走私者遭受鞭打懲罰。另一方面，聯合國教科文組織表示說，IS從伊拉克和敘利亞遺址搶奪的文物，最後落入英國收藏家手中。聯合國教科文組織總幹事波科娃女士說，IS大規模劫掠文物，「並利用非法走私出售這些文物，以資助極端主義和恐怖主義活動」。但波科娃並未提出證據，證明英國收藏家收購這些文物，藝術界專家也質疑其說。(中國時報)，
