原住民族以山林為家，竹木是生活一部分，昔時工藝具特色！隨著時空轉換，優質傳統工藝現已難得一見；台大實驗林著眼於文化復育，培植部落有潛力人才學習木作，並輔導考照、協助設置工作坊，期為部落工藝開拓新出路。台大實驗林管處長蔡明哲說，這項名為「原民木工技藝研習課程」部落共榮計畫，事實上在去年暑假已經啟動；當時遴選出6名優秀年輕人，特訓兩個月後，參加職訓局丙級木工技術士證照考試，5人獲得通過。

今年再招收8人，昨日於水里鄉的台大林管處木工廠開訓，將以4到5周、每周2天時間，由台灣大學頂尖的木竹教授與技藝師，針對手刨等器具研磨、保養、使用，以及機械操作、工模設計和拋光、塗裝等技術，作密集訓練。台大實驗林管處管理組長劉興旺說，9月考照若順利，將再針對兩梯次技術士作升等訓練，並傳授設計及創作概念。劉興旺表示，未來若有好作品出現，台大將代為製作樣模，甚至代工量產，帶回部落作為在地特色工藝商品。(中國時報)，

議員拱朱立倫組閣 要胡志強選黨主席

    　國民黨內對馬政府的批判聲浪延燒到地方！新北市議會國民黨團八日在市政總質詢上，立委補助 朝野共識擬限7項，質疑馬團隊救經濟的能力，《金頭腦》擠掉《食在》重播，並力拱市長朱立倫組閣；國民黨台中市議員則力勸胡志強參選黨主席，顏寬恆自行宣佈當選感謝家人選民尤其父親，胡坦言「有被溝通過，陳菊力邀 深圳市長允親赴峰會，但是勸我不要選。」
    　新北市議會國民黨團議員昨日連署呼籲馬總統重用朱立倫的財經專業能力，李南陽為斯洛伐克籃賽開幕，書記長周勝考表示，台灣當前經濟惡化，府院只會刪減福利金、首長特別費，只是內耗，對台灣經濟毫無助益，更造成人民痛苦指數上升、社會氛圍低迷。
    　市議員蔡淑君表示，力拱朱立倫前進行政院，馬總統應該是不會採用，但希望馬總統能聽見基層的聲音。市議員金介壽表示，節流絕非拚經濟的對策，重點在於如何開源，招攬國外廠商來台投資。新北市願忍痛割愛，盼朱能救台灣經濟。
    　朱立倫說，他不忍心台灣經濟惡化，過去馬總統找他擔任副院長，主要是當時遇到經濟不景氣、八八水災重建及新流感防疫等三大挑戰，如今全民拚經濟，中央、地方一起來，新北市如果拚得好，也能影響整個台灣。
    　此外，台中市議員吳瓊華昨日總質詢時，力促市長胡志強參選國民黨黨主席，將來即使當選也不用離開台中市，依舊可當市長。胡志強回應說「完全沒有這個規畫」；但他坦承「有被溝通過，但是勸我不要選。」副市長蕭家淇則力挺市長參選。胡志強說，選黨主席的話題出來後，他為大局著想，己說過不會參選黨主席，他出來會傷害國民黨。
    　市議員陳有江要胡志強出來選總統，他要胡志強對外說，只要時機成熟就當仁不讓。胡志強說，陳的建議讓他很為難，他會好好思考。，
