前金：陸配歐陽芳改嫁日本，在旅日台籍鄭姓婦人的酒店上班、同住，2人情同母女，歐陽卻為錢變了樣；她夥同大陸籍男子朱學二強盜殺人，歐陽返台又佯稱鄭婦出車禍向其家人詐財，台日警方聯手追緝逮人。高雄地院依強盜致死罪，判歐陽12年10月，詐欺部分1年10月，得易科罰金。(中國時報)

工銀：中大型權值股 明年吃重

    　(中央社記者田裕斌台北12日電)台灣工銀集團今天舉行投資展望說明會，Fed壓力測試 陸經濟急凍入題，看好明年台股權值股的平均獲利成長將達2成，梁振英：將成立金融發展局，中大型穩健的權值股將是全年投資主軸。

    　至於陸股在歷經2008年的指數泡沫破滅後，至今已5年，隨著中國大陸經濟成長結構性的調整，龐大內需仍為投資的主軸，鎖定具利基的通路及供需結構佳的產業為佳。
    　台股方面，生技產業將是亮點，台灣上市櫃生技股市值從2009年初的新台幣710億元成長至今年底的3700億元，達5.2倍，顯示資金已不斷挹注台灣生技業。
    　尤其是生技新藥股，已非10年前的吳下阿蒙，多數研發達到美國食品藥物管理局(FDA)臨床2至3期，且有授權國際藥廠，未來1、2年將是收割的階段，明年生技股的題材豐富，生技股價表現已有十多年前美國生技股的影子。1011212

睽違27年 中華賞韓吃鴨蛋

    　「第1局我很緊張，」曾仁和1局上製造3上3下，「學長告訴我，不管如何，他們會在後面支援我，第2局起愈投愈穩。」在前4局未被安打或上壘，直到5局上1出局後才被敲安，但左外野手陳品捷快傳二壘將打者觸殺出局。
    　6局上接連被2安但中間夾著雙殺，曾仁和投6局飆5K，球速最快149公里，摘下成棒國際賽生涯首勝。
    　青棒越級打成棒，曾仁和的表現讓中華隊總教練謝長亨讚許，「他已經等很久了。」謝長亨說：「曾仁和的實力已升一級，技術不是問題，只差心理與經驗便能更有自信，躍升為大投手，經此一役，信心增加很多。」
    　4局下張正偉率先敲安，高國輝二壘打占2、3壘，周思齊左外野安打打回2分，雖衝二壘過頭被觸殺但因一壘審誤判上壘，鄭達鴻再安打得第3分；5局下靠接連5安取得4分。
    　中華今與中國交手，左投賴鴻誠先發，中國派左投卜濤先發；若贏球即以4勝1敗獲第2名，若輸球則與中國、韓國同為3勝2敗，必需比較對戰得失分率差決定名次，亦有可能落居第4。，
