北市楊姓高職男教師禁不住同校女學生追求，不僅與女學生談起不倫戀，數度帶女學生到旅館開房間，甚至要女學生傳自拍裸照。台北地檢署考量楊未強迫女學生，認罪並與對方家長和解，昨依與未滿16歲少女性交等罪緩起訴，要求楊師提供義務勞務40小時。檢方指出，楊老師年約30歲，上課風趣深受歡迎。本案女學生去年升上高職一年級，即深深迷戀楊師風采甚至主動追求，楊雖認為不妥一度婉拒，仍難敵少女誘惑，正式發展男女朋友關係。

帶女學生開房 高職師緩起訴

北市楊姓高職男教師禁不住同校女學生追求，不僅與女學生談起不倫戀，數度帶女學生到旅館開房間，甚至要女學生傳自拍裸照。台北地檢署考量楊未強迫女學生，認罪並與對方家長和解，昨依與未滿16歲少女性交等罪緩起訴，要求楊師提供義務勞務40小時。檢方指出，楊老師年約30歲，上課風趣深受歡迎。本案女學生去年升上高職一年級，即深深迷戀楊師風采甚至主動追求，楊雖認為不妥一度婉拒，仍難敵少女誘惑，正式發展男女朋友關係。

楊姓教師自去年下半年開始，至少帶女學生上旅館發生性行為3次，還曾多次透過LINE與女學生互傳赤裸上身裸照。女學生母親今年檢查女兒臉書對話紀錄，驚見女兒與楊師親暱對話，經向女兒質問，始全盤托出。女學生向檢警表示，是自己主動追求教師，印象中與教師發生過3到5次性關係，但都是出於自願，表明不願提告。楊師也坦承與女學生發生性關係、要求女學生傳裸照，但對是否知悉女學生未滿16歲支吾其詞。檢察官認為，楊師身為女學生教師，不可能不知道女學生真實年齡，考量楊未強迫女學生且與家長和解，予以緩起訴。(中國時報)，
