    　除此，春水堂最富知名度的阿貴動漫預定6月轉型發展行動裝置Apps，該公司並將於第2季跨足節目代理，引進電視劇及VoD節目到中華電信MOD上架，扮演MOD重要節目內容供應商；以下是專訪張榮貴摘要。
    　問:展望2013年，春水堂營運目標為何?
    　答:春水堂去年營收4.26億元，稅後純益6，989萬元，每股純益(EPS)5.58元，今年營收目標挑戰5億元；目前沒有上市櫃計畫。
    　問:春水堂日前與中華電攜手發表Hami Publish平台，未來，Hami Publish的長遠發展方向為何?
    　答:當蘋果及Google大舉搶攻華人市場之際，我們的目標市場不只著眼於2，000多萬台灣本土腹地，而是繁體中文6，000多萬華人市場，所以，明、後年我們要走出去，Hami Publish第一階段先與200多家出版社合作，今年內希望與台灣所有出版社合作，未來3年內希望成為繁體中文最大數位內容營運平台，包括電子書、應用軟體、影像、音樂都可以在此平台銷售。
    　問:有跨足外市場計畫？或者合作夥伴嗎?
    　答:可能會找合作對象，跨足舊金山、東南亞等海外華人市場，若有著力空間，亦不排除前往東南亞設點，希望3年內做好這一塊業務，這部份，春水堂已與大股東中華電信達成共識。
    　問:春水堂以動畫起家，在動畫這塊領域，春水堂未來有沒有新的規畫方向？
    　答:春水堂趕搭3G電信風潮、成立了kland動畫，kland目前已有2，000~3，000支動畫在裡頭，我們計畫5、6月正式推出動漫APPs，支援蘋果iOS、Android等系統，除了自製動漫APPs，也正與國際知名動漫出版商洽商代理手持裝置版本的APPs事宜。
    　問:春水堂目前扮演中華電信數位內容產業主要推手，今年如何協助中華電業務拓展？
    　答:中華電入股春水堂後，就把emome業務交給春水堂負責，春水堂也藉此進入電信業的後花園，目前中華電是春水堂最大股東，今年除了協助中華電推展行動emome服務，也將著力於MOD節目表優化及會員服務，把MOD的節目表移植至手機上，希望催化行動載體看電視的時代快速來臨。，

台南市下營區公所發起行善團，召集熱血里長、員工及工程業者，主動為弱勢家庭修繕破屋，行善團趕在蘇迪勒颱風來襲前，5日為新興里吳姓屋主把會漏水的二層樓透天厝補好，吳感動地說「以後下雨，再也不用拿水桶接水，足感心」。家住下營區中山路的47歲吳姓屋主，已離婚領有低收入補助，育有3名子女，大女兒就讀下營國中二年級，二女兒及小兒子讀東興國小，他因中風長期無法工作，只能依靠公所生活補助及親戚資助，無力修繕房屋。

颱風來前下營行善團 搶修漏水屋

台南市下營區公所發起行善團，召集熱血里長、員工及工程業者，主動為弱勢家庭修繕破屋，行善團趕在蘇迪勒颱風來襲前，5日為新興里吳姓屋主把會漏水的二層樓透天厝補好，吳感動地說「以後下雨，再也不用拿水桶接水，足感心」。家住下營區中山路的47歲吳姓屋主，已離婚領有低收入補助，育有3名子女，大女兒就讀下營國中二年級，二女兒及小兒子讀東興國小，他因中風長期無法工作，只能依靠公所生活補助及親戚資助，無力修繕房屋。

下營區公所社會課長羅存成說，「從沒看過漏水如此嚴重房子」，因2樓窗戶遮雨棚毀損，下雨過後必滲水，但屋主中風連求救能力都沒有，好險有住附近的姊姊通報里長。「最大的問題是漏水」，新興里長陳榮鴻說，只要民間團體有捐款或物資補助，首先都幫吳先生申請。每當颱風來臨前夕，會去探視關心，因透天厝屋齡已20幾年，水泥牆壁斑駁，裂縫可見，每逢下雨必漏水，故協助申請「弱勢家庭住宅改善方案」。區長姜家彬表示，公所推動成立下營行善團，幫弱勢家庭修繕房屋，弱勢家庭免付費，相關經費由公所張羅解決，吳家修繕經費9萬多元對屋主是不小的數目，希望藉由各界的愛心與熱血，讓屋主解決居家環境不佳問題。(中國時報)，

    　想進入會場內值勤更加嚴格，入口裝設安檢門，嚴格管制記者、工作人員入場秩序，設有X光機安檢關卡，規模媲美機場等級，全面配置安全人員檢查包包及個人隨身物品，一旦出現尖銳物品，一律不得帶入會場，15日就有省台辦的工作人員，當場把包包內的中午用餐的餐具丟棄，顯示維安滴水不漏，成為海峽論壇的意外插曲。
