    　接觸屍體是新竹地檢署法醫楊敏昇平日的工作，超級盃史上頭一遭 愛國者獵鷹打延長賽，原本拿解剖刀的手，是為了從屍體找真相；但因為攻讀生死學碩士，因緣際會接觸遺體美容，讓他對對屍體解剖有了不同想法。
    　楊敏昇說，中國人常說「活要見人，死要見屍」然而，往生者的容貌和活著時一定有差異，更遑論生前遭遇病體折磨，甚至意外致死造成的形體扭曲。死者的最後一面常常讓人不忍卒睹，見與不見，對活著的人都是折磨與考驗。
    　回想自己當年陪著岳母去弔唁死者的場景，楊敏昇記得，要看死者容貌前，岳母的手緊緊握著他，不是因為心理害怕，只是擔心「疾病造成的身體浮腫，會不會破壞那原本美好的印象？」
    　「對家人的最後一眼，決定了往後的印象」，楊敏昇說，遺體容貌的扭曲、變形常對家人造成殘存陰影，而遺體修復，不僅尊重亡者，也是對家人最好的悲傷輔導。
    　正因為瞭解最後一面的重要，楊敏昇不僅利用工作餘暇協助遺體修復，進行法醫解剖時也更為謹慎，每次下刀、縫補，他都用心計算，因為他知道「沒有人不希望自己漂亮地走」。
    　投入遺體修復10多年，楊敏昇把每具遺體都視為大體老師，他分文不取，因為每次經驗都能讓他學習。
    　2008年他協助陸軍601旅空難意外8名罹難官兵遺體修復，家屬感激地包了新台幣3600元紅包，他卻回包3700元奠儀，堅持不收酬勞。
    　他說，「我只是做我該做的，這是他們的福報，當然不能收錢」。楊敏昇把紅包退還給家屬，只留下紅包袋當平安符，即使換了皮夾，他仍細心地將紅包袋平整地放進裡面，提醒自己不忘當初投入遺體修復的初心。
    　就像所有著迷柯南、福爾摩斯辦案的孩子一樣，對科學辦案的憧憬，引領楊敏昇走入法醫這一行，然而，長期與屍相伴卻讓他從「急著破案的年輕人，變成尊重屍體的中年人」，進而投入遺體修復推廣，「不只幫死者找公道，更要讓他有個善終」。1011111

南橫公路台東新武橋前，24日凌晨突然掉落2塊總重30噸巨石，將道路完全封閉（見圖，莊哲權翻攝），幸好當時無人車經過，公路總局關山工務段人員發現立即調派機具搶修，約4小時後，於中午11時10分完成搶通，工務段呼籲用路人提高警覺 。關山工務段長李秉仁表示，昨天清晨工程人員巡查南橫公路路線時，於198.5K處（新武橋前）邊坡，發現兩顆高約7米、寬約4米、總重約30噸巨石，將道路完全封閉，當時無人車經過未造成人員損傷。

南橫巨石擋路 工務段快速搶通

南橫公路台東新武橋前，24日凌晨突然掉落2塊總重30噸巨石，將道路完全封閉（見圖，莊哲權翻攝），幸好當時無人車經過，公路總局關山工務段人員發現立即調派機具搶修，約4小時後，於中午11時10分完成搶通，工務段呼籲用路人提高警覺 。關山工務段長李秉仁表示，昨天清晨工程人員巡查南橫公路路線時，於198.5K處（新武橋前）邊坡，發現兩顆高約7米、寬約4米、總重約30噸巨石，將道路完全封閉，當時無人車經過未造成人員損傷。

他說，巨大石塊直接橫躺馬路中央，阻擋住海端鄉新武、下馬、霧鹿、利稻等部落居民進出，由於天鵝颱風未在南橫山區降下大雨，研判非颱風造成，應是該路段風化嚴重造成。由於巨石過於龐大，原本預定下午5時搶通，工程人員調來怪手及碎石機等重機械，提前於中午11時10分完成搶修，山上居民直誇，工務段效率佳。(中國時報)，

新版中國護照 越南抗議

    　報導認為，大陸試想經由民眾每次通關時，謀求他國出入境官員「默認」大陸領土主張。
    　根據大陸以往所稱的南海「9段線」，大陸所屬的南海海域將延伸到菲律賓、汶萊、馬來西亞與越南海岸線。
    　一般認為，南海底下有豐富的天然資源。
    　這篇報導說，大陸將9段線主張擴展到新版護照內頁，將使大陸與東南亞國家的領土爭議升高。
    　報導引述北京不願具名外交官說法指，這可視為緊張情勢將升高，因為大陸將發放幾百萬本護照，成人的護照認證可用10年。
    　報導引述大陸外交部的聲明表示，「在中國護照上的地圖不針對任何特定國家，中國很願意與相關國家進行積極溝通。」
    　報導說，日本政府也關注新版大陸護照的釣魚台情況，不過因為圖片太小、並不明顯，日本當局並未對此進行升溫。
    　中國人民大學國際政治系教授時殷弘表示，決定在護照上印刷地圖的很可能只是部級官員層級，而非國家領導人層次。
    　此外，報導還說，大陸新版護照內頁圖片還包括台灣兩處旅遊景點。
    　行政院大陸委員會告訴金融時報：「大陸應該正視中華民國存在與既定立場，我們希望擱置爭議、面對事實，一起為台海和平與穩定發展努力。」1011122
    
    中國電子護照納南海　引起菲律賓抗議

    菲律賓今天抗議中國電子護照上，把「南中國海」畫為中國領海。
    菲律賓外交部向中國駐馬尼拉使館提出抗議，聲稱菲律賓強烈抗議中國最近推出的電子護照，因為這本護照把整個「南中國海」畫為中國領海，但實際上，其中一部分是菲律賓領海。抗議信還說，由於「南中國海」的畫面不正確，菲律賓不會承認中國電子護照。菲國外交部還說，越南也就中國電子護照，向北京提出抗議。
    有外國記者向中國外交部查詢此事，中國外交部回覆是：中國電子護照完全符合國際標準。
