　《Destinee》微電影遠赴巴黎取景，由曾獲奧斯卡提名的盧卡格達戈尼諾執導，去年已有三部曲問世，這部求婚系列續篇，終於出現亞洲臉孔，陳妍希為國爭光，首次到法國拍片。每天晨跑健身，路經巴黎鐵塔，吸收浪漫養分，果然後來十分入戲，「我最喜歡男主角向我求婚那一幕，我可以感受到他的真誠，心裡超級感動。」

火狐手機作業系統 年中問世

    　Mozilla周日在巴塞隆納世界行動通訊大會（WMC）開幕前夕宣布這項消息，

，並表示採用火狐作業系統的智慧型手機將和iPhone及Android手機一樣內建多種應用程式，

    　Mozilla目前已和史普林特（Sprint）、中國聯通、KDDI、新加坡電信、Telefonica、Telenor及德意志電信等電信公司建立合作關係，同時也和樂金電子（LG）、中國TCL及中興電子等手機製造商共同開發火狐平台手機。中國大陸手機業者華為也將在今年下旬加入合作。
    　Mozilla表示，火狐平台手機將採用安謀設計、高通製造的Snapdragon晶片，預計第1批手機將於今夏在南美、東歐及西班牙等地率先上市。
    　據研究機構Canalys統計，目前全球智慧機作業系統市場由市率69％的Android領先，其次是市率22％的iOS。儘管分析師預期今年市場將由上述兩大作業系統主導，但仍有空間容納第3個作業系統，只是火狐還須和微軟Windows Phone及最新黑莓機作業系統BlackBerry 10競爭。，

    　64歲大鵬里民曾韻璇也拿出塵封10多年的佛朗明哥舞服走秀，還發揮巧思，把絲襪裁剪成袖套，增添丰采。她說，年紀漸長後不能繼續跳舞，這次重新穿上舞衣，重拾過去熱愛舞蹈的記憶。
    　口才訓練協會總幹事李吏表示，社會服務活動由「老人服務老人」，讓老人走出來不要關在家；理事長王瑞玲說明，老人平時較少機會盛裝打扮，這次規畫走秀，便為讓老人可以「穿乎美美、妝乎水水」，展現年輕自信。
    　活動於新店大鵬忠孝社區發展協會舉行，理事長鄒寶勝表示，協會始終致力長者關懷服務，加上社區有大禮堂、教室、閱覽室等，具備良好的場地資源，因此善用這些優勢，希望社區「活起來」。，

    　對於大陸主導的金磚國家應急儲備機制，習近平說，中國經濟政策對世界經濟負責，他和金磚國家領導人非正式會晤時，也提出加快建成金磚國家開發銀行，並早日建立金磚國家應急儲備安排。
    　對於歐美國家向大陸接連發動貿易保護戰，習近平呼籲，各大經濟體應共同維護和發展開放型世界經濟，反對各種形式的保護主義，維護自由、開放、非歧視的多邊貿易體制，不搞排他性貿易標準，同時完善全球經濟治理，使之更加公平。

　他看到工作人員穿著古羅馬人的服裝，立刻說想穿穿看，穿上後，搞笑擺出各種超人、鹹蛋超人等Pose，引人圍觀。不過，看到「角鬥士」讓他心情一沉，他們是羅馬的「娛樂明星」，大多是戰俘、奴隸或死刑犯，比賽時得全副武裝在暴力血腥的競技場中，與其他「角鬥士」廝殺娛樂觀眾，勝利的角鬥士被當作英雄。
　他直呼殘酷，「看著人或動物在籠子掙扎，從中得到滿足和娛樂，似乎是人的劣根性，竟然從那麼久以前就有這樣的娛樂…」。，

侯怡君自我要求高，因為參加鐵人３項比賽，身材線條更為緊實。

侯怡君14日將挑戰鐵人３項比賽，她因想買潛水表，意外看到３鐵表，心中浮現「人生好像沒做過什麼瘋狂的事」，於是決定參加鐵人３項。她從決定到比賽只有１個半月，現在除趕拍《嫁妝》和主持外，一有空檔就練習游泳1500公尺、騎腳踏車40公里、跑步10公里，且要在３小時40分內完成，一天只能睡５小時。她坦言腳踏車接跑步是最累的，第１次練習完就癱軟在地上。她顧慮有工作怕透支體力，每次只能選２項練習，比賽當天才會１次進行３項全程。

侯怡君自我要求高，因為參加鐵人３項比賽，身材線條更為緊實。

侯怡君14日將挑戰鐵人３項比賽，她因想買潛水表，意外看到３鐵表，心中浮現「人生好像沒做過什麼瘋狂的事」，於是決定參加鐵人３項。她從決定到比賽只有１個半月，現在除趕拍《嫁妝》和主持外，一有空檔就練習游泳1500公尺、騎腳踏車40公里、跑步10公里，且要在３小時40分內完成，一天只能睡５小時。她坦言腳踏車接跑步是最累的，第１次練習完就癱軟在地上。她顧慮有工作怕透支體力，每次只能選２項練習，比賽當天才會１次進行３項全程。

侯怡君請賈永婕的教練來特訓，笑說比賽當天為了增加氣勢，要把「殺」字寫在額頭上，但被教練笑說，太陽曬幾個小時下來，「殺」字會印在額頭上好幾個月，她立馬消除這念頭。她將參賽，她的助理說，侯的前男友蕭大陸有對她說「加油」。，

媒金分離 不容個案考量

，如今通傳會（ＮＣＣ）反媒體壟斷法完全不處理媒金分離原則，金管會也準備以銀行法「產金分離」條款適用媒體一筆帶過。
    　中信金大股東辜濂松長子辜仲諒，參與壹傳媒併購案，去年十一月遭金管會擋下，當時金管會主委陳裕璋表示，金管會告知辜仲諒「不能控制、主導和經營壹傳媒」，他還強調媒金原對於每個人（大股東與二親等以內親屬）都適用，媒是在產的一環，「是比較特殊的一部分。」
    　對此，政大金融系教授殷乃平表示，「產金分離」雖然在銀行法與金控法有規範，但台灣從以前到現在從未嚴格執行，十六家新銀行設立後，「產金分離」禁令就此被打破。
    　殷乃平表示，國內金融家族跨業經營產業的比率很高，大股東只要不是拿金融機構資金投資媒體，理論上都不違反產金分離原則，銀行法針對關係人（具控制力大股東與二親等親屬）的限制，主要係針對授信業務，並無針對投資部分進行限制，金管會去年對辜仲諒祭出「產金分離」禁令，適用上有些勉強。
    　然而，當初力主「媒金分離」立法的反媒體壟斷學者，在反媒體壟斷法草案公布後，立場突然轉變，主張由金管會另行訂定「媒金分離」規範。
    　在此同時，原本說要半年內對媒金未分離現象，進行總檢討的金管會，態度上也轉趨消極，金管會官員表示，「所謂媒金分離原則，就是產金分離，針對銀行與金控大股東投資行為，銀行法與金控法已經有相關規範」，換言之，金管會不準備對媒金分離原則，另外進行修法。
    　事件演變至今，媒金分離原則已淪為金融監理機構，為阻擋特定媒體併購案，對個別金融機構大股東關係人，所祭出的擴權解釋，台灣若凡事皆能個案考量，還有什麼法治可言？，

旺報觀點－體制改革上路挑戰才開始

    　當外界都把目光焦點擺在「多少部門被裁撤？」等數量問題上，

，等於忽略了體制改革最核心的職能轉變。就像台灣近期也進行政府組織改造，

    　其次，是放權與放錢之後，市場能否不受干預地正常運作？社會和民間能否得到更多自主發展機會？權錢下放到地方後，會否滋生更猖獗的地方腐敗？
    　就像馬凱所稱，現行體制「不該管的，管得過多；該管的，又沒管好」。大部制新上路，挑戰也才開始。

藝人黃曉明與Angelababy的世紀婚禮，從黃曉明5月分在微博秀出結婚證書後，到10月8日的豪貴婚禮，社群網路創造高度沾粘結果，「曉B婚禮」話題大數據，在大陸獨特微博社群裡衝出59.2億人次的「關注度」。這類藝人結婚、懷孕、生子、育兒的話題，不僅大陸，台灣最主要的臉書社群，早就充斥「人生勝利組」名人們各類發文。當我們經由低頭手機創造自己人生觀時，這些名人行銷自己方式，會讓素人追星連結增強，但展演自我的發文表現會產生如何變化？這對連網人生的影響頗深，值得關注。

以個人為中心，群體為網絡，當前大眾媒體扮演掃描發文與監視環境的功能，社群程式如臉書平台，使用人詮釋修改接收的資訊，人與人價值交換也在「注意力」操作中變成讚字或分享文的量化數據；而當前整個傳播過程，議題設定的「守門人」取捨關卡，似乎模糊了大眾與小眾媒體的差異。名人的臉書或微博創造訊息中心，數位匯流因子，為年輕世代找到注意力的出口。往好處看，手機關注的視野中，包含議題脈動、觀念交流、焦點探索能得到社會化的實體操作。然而，隨著藝人愛宣傳的特性，網民也靠著網絡分享，鍵盤敲打和手機攝影的即時「報導」，創造平民版的臉書多媒體日記；有天天PO甜蜜恩愛、失望分手、又復合的「放閃文」；寶貝好愛我、好疼我、送我東西，不到幾天後又說「已看清」的「討拍文」；一直拍兩人在吃什麼玩什麼的「遊旅文」；炫燿老公好，自己是多幸福人妻的「家庭文」；照三餐說生baby多辛苦、孩子怎麼樣聰明的「小孩文」；以及把臉書當鏡子展現自己的「自拍文」。這些創作魅力無限，卻因為無時無刻的發文「顯現自己」而變調。原本新媒體在網路世界的極限通路，連結性過多卻耗弱感知，點擊消失在以「圖像」為注意力的「自我表達」無感連結中。藝人容易創造放閃文來吸引網友，讓鄉民按讚的討拍過程，因製造議題、凝結人物的方式行銷，成為一個被媒體上身「自我」，展現出快速掌握「數位話語權」特性。傳播學者詹戈帝塔在其《媒體上身》的研究便指出，隨著媒體漸進、虛擬數位化後，新媒體讓社群上身的主角們態度丕變，一股「挑釁式的自我頌揚」快速成形。已經很有名的黃曉明等藝人們，都還想利用社群媒體化為「數位社群寵兒」，那些泛泛之輩的網友，雖不一定想成名，卻習於這樣自我頌揚的文化而到處發文。社群網路開啟了每一個被連結者傳播的可行性，但時而低頭、同質、自戀、搗亂等網路傳播行為，成為隱憂。下一個世代，忘卻沉澱孤寂自我的機會與修煉，急於看名人朋友訊息的追隨舉措，心底隱藏著自我頌揚的數位因子，揮之不去，不發文不行。（作者為開南大學資訊傳播學系助理教授）(中國時報)，
