苗栗縣後龍的合歡石滬被海浪沖破兩大洞，漁民12日與志工利用退潮期搶修，避免缺口越來越大。（黎薇攝）

台灣西部保存最完整、有300多年歷史的苗栗縣後龍鎮外埔漁港合歡與母乃石滬，遭蘇迪勒颱風帶來大風浪沖破兩大洞，因負責維護的漁民不願主動修繕，外埔里長許素瑋不忍缺口越來越大，號召志工依傳統工法修補石滬，盼繼續保留石滬捕魚方式。後龍鎮外埔漁港北邊有合歡、母乃石滬，是島內僅存2座石滬，距今有300多年歷史。後龍鎮文史工作者王啟仁指出，早期漁民就地取材，撿拾海邊磯石交錯砌築成ㄇ字型的石滬，利用海水漲退潮的水位落差捕魚，早年中港溪出海口以南、後龍溪出海口以北，海岸線上綿延28座石滬。

由於後龍兩座石滬位於海中間，每逢大風大浪容易沖毀堆積石頭，石滬為私人財產，由有捕撈漁獲權的漁民輪流捕魚，也要負擔維護石滬責任。王啟仁說，近年來石滬內捕獲的漁獲量逐漸減少，加上負責維護的石滬主人都超過70歲，接手的年輕漁民為求方便，在石塊間灌入水泥，除了不易吸引貝類魚蝦聚集，一被海浪襲擊多整片坍塌，修補所需的時間與金錢倍增。為保留傳統漁民的捕魚智慧，許素瑋動員志工，利用潮汐搶修遭破壞的石滬，先將坍塌的水泥石塊敲掉，再以傳統工法，將一塊塊石頭以45度角堆疊起來。許素瑋說，只能利用退潮時間修補石滬，受限潮汐變化關係，1個月只有10天能下水修復，若不盡快補起破洞，下次颱風來缺口恐越來越大，修復更加不易。(中國時報)，

    　報導引述專家的看法指出，儘管東南亞國家部分產業的月最低工資已接近大陸水準，但和大陸相比，東南亞各國勞工成本在此波調整後仍具較大優勢，外資將不會從東南亞撤離轉向大陸。

由陸川執導，趙又廷、李晨等人主演的電影《鬼吹燈之九層妖塔》，28日在北京舉行發布會；活動以「胡八一（趙的角色）和他的男人們」為主題，趙又廷索性跟李晨共乘單車，當場「基情」四射，近日和太太高圓圓努力做人的趙又廷，更曖昧地說：「有點擔心圓圓還沒懷上，我先懷上了。」陸川稱自己的作品似乎都有「送子」福音，包括之前拍《王的盛宴》時，主角劉燁、吳彥祖都當了爸爸；這次合作《鬼吹燈》的鳳小岳日前也傳喜訊，陸川笑說：「趙又廷似乎也快了。」

目前，余能盛是台南文化中心藝術總監，歐陸也還有數個作品等著，同時，他也將原台北室內芭蕾更名為福爾摩沙芭蕾舞團，即將推出全新編創的芭蕾舞作「天旋～當芭蕾遇到國樂」，以馬水龍的《梆笛協奏曲》、劉長遠的《抒情變奏曲》及盧亮輝的《四季》為題，開創古典芭蕾演出的新可能。福爾摩沙舞團 全新編創已更名的福爾摩沙芭蕾舞團是余能盛長年的牽掛，他每年暑假都會因此回台，帶回幾個國外舞者、徵選一批台灣年輕舞者，他編舞、開工作坊，固定推出一檔芭蕾舞製作，他希望台灣有個職業芭蕾舞團，更希望年輕舞者有演出舞台、有成長的機會。長年旅歐，余能盛卻始終懷有東方情懷，他想證明「國樂還是可以跳芭蕾」，三部全新舞作就用芭蕾詮釋國樂，用國樂表現芭蕾。他坦言，「國樂有太多慢板、拖黏，芭蕾的每一個動作卻是很清楚的斷點與銜接，這是最需要克服的部分。」不過，余能盛也很得意，「這裡頭沒有任何一個民族舞的身段、手勢，你甚至會驚訝，這居然是國樂。」《四季》群舞表現不違和以盧亮輝的《四季》為例，余能盛藉著花、樹、蜜蜂、人類等角色境遇演繹曲中展露的四季遞嬗，並以數段優美浪漫的雙人舞與歡快明亮的群舞，展現古典芭蕾之美。「我覺得有意思的是，不論是韋瓦第的或柴可夫斯基的《四季》，每到冬季都是一種安靜、沉眠的氛圍，但盧亮輝的冬天卻很東方思維，是豐收、歡樂與壯觀的年節氛圍，最適合群舞表現。」福爾摩沙芭蕾舞團這次的演出將與台南市立民族管弦樂團共同合作，10月3、4日在台南文化中心演藝廳首演，接著巡演高雄、台中、新竹、新北市與新營。(中國時報)，

阿帕契買貴了 台灣當冤大頭

    　應採購戰略防禦武器
    　賴岳謙指出，希臘先前也向美國訂購12架阿帕契直升機，包含所有武器系統、人員訓練跟維修，平均1架5600萬美元，而台灣卻花了7000萬美元，整整比其他國家多出1400萬美元。
    　賴岳謙認為，台灣目前應該強化的是區域防空能力，以戰略防禦性武器為主，而不是戰術攻擊型武器。當初國防部計畫購買作戰半徑較廣的F-35戰機或將F-16戰機升級到F-16C/D戰機，反被推銷作戰半徑只有400公里左右的阿帕契直升機，依照台灣目前的軍備需要，戰術攻擊型的阿帕契直升機應不在優先考慮的範圍內。
    　條約限制 無用武之地
    　此外，向美國購買武器時台美簽定了條約，規定不可以用美製裝備去打美國的盟國。賴岳謙指出，目前釣魚台主權問題是台灣捍衛主權重點，但只要日本跟美國繼續保有盟國的關係，日本即使侵略了釣魚台，台灣也無法出動阿帕契直升機反擊日本。
    　阿帕契直升機雖號稱「坦克殺手」，但賴岳謙認為，如果其他國家要侵犯台灣，也是以飛彈攻擊為主，台灣首該加強防空系統。阿帕契直升機作戰半徑小、又不可攻擊美國的盟國、還比其他國家買得貴，購買這批武器讓台灣成了冤大頭。

，單親媽媽心疼又欣慰。就讀中埔國中舞蹈班二年級的洪靖琇外型甜美、身材高挑，表演台上優美的舞蹈身段或跑道上爆發力十足的衝刺總成為賽事焦點。導師陳榮倉表示，洪靖琇成績優異又有領導風範，不僅是老師的好幫手，渾身散發正能量，帶給班上同學歡樂和凝聚感，不說很難想像如此出色的學生出自弱勢家庭。洪靖琇的父親在她小六時意外過世，全靠早餐店工作的母親養活兄姊和她，扣除房租、學雜開銷，一家人生活十分拮据，父親不在了，她才驚覺原來家庭經濟狀況不理想，害怕被貼標籤、嘲笑，屢次申請低收補助時都困惑「為什麼我要別人補助才能讀書？」難以排遣的沉重壓力讓她不禁怨懟父母。直到一次看到媽媽下班後又得忙碌家事的佝僂背影，洪靖琇一陣鼻酸湧上，心裡篤定要靠自己的力量做到最好，入選中埔國中舞蹈班後，她善用學校不用額外收費的田徑和舞蹈資源拚命學習。將後天打擊當做墊腳石踏上民族舞蹈表演台，洪靖琇與班上同學先代表嘉縣參加全國舞蹈比賽獲民族舞優等獎，5月將再代表嘉義縣赴新竹參加大隊接力全國賽，獲選總統教育獎，她表示，這15萬元獎學金要存作教育基金，期望自己未來可以從事回饋社會的工作。，
