，查稅從來沒有政治考量，都是一致處理。張盛和昨赴財委會進行「檢舉案件受理與精進措施」專案報告，他說，根據國稅局作業標準，只要具名檢舉人來檢舉，不論對象，只要可以提出具體事證，國稅局就會展開調查。對於台北市長柯文哲父母借兒子1000萬買房被要求補繳利息所得稅，北區國稅局長李慶華昨表示，已調查完畢，通知當事人。面對外界質疑政治打壓，張盛和提出近3年的檢舉案統計，平均接獲檢舉案約2.9萬件，經查後沒問題的案件約2.3萬件，等於81.2％檢舉案沒有證據。但連補帶罰每年補稅約10.2億元，有效果還是要做。，

，第2位從澳洲移居星國的重量級富豪。去年6月澳洲礦業鉅子汀克勒（Nathan Tinkler）也傳出在新加坡聖淘沙灣的Seven Palms高級公寓，

澳洲富豪投奔星國，主要原因不外乎是為了規避高額稅率。新加坡最高所得稅率僅20％，並且不課徵出售資產的資本利得稅。而澳洲所得稅率最高達45％，資本利得必須依法課稅。
除了澳洲富豪之外，近年厲行打擊海外逃稅的美國，也常見富豪集體出走亞洲避難的情形。最有名的例子，就推臉書共同創辦人沙佛林（Eduardo Saverin）於2011年9月，選在臉書未上市前放棄美國公民身分，取得新加坡居留權。根據當時彭博社估計，沙佛林可因此省下6，700萬美元以上的資本利得稅，相當可觀。
現年53歲的布朗迪身價8.35億美元，是富比世澳洲排名第33的富豪。他是BB Retail資本公司創辦人，早年由唱片行「Disco Duck」起家，由此一手打造出在澳洲總共擁有238家唱片連鎖店的Sanity娛樂集團 。
2009年，布朗迪出售Sanity集團後，現在仍透過BB Retail，持續性地投資全球多項零售品牌，包含內衣品牌Bras N Things，以及經營雪梨大橋攀登服務的公司BridgeClimb。另外，BB Retail亦在澳洲坐擁多處不動產，估計價值逾5億美元。，
房屋也要「健檢」！內政部將建立住宅性能評估機制，
，屋齡20至25年以上的老屋，

內政部部務會報今天通過「住宅性能評估實施辦法」草案，
，將於近期內發布，
，配合住宅法同步施行。另將審核指定評估機構，
，由評估機構受理住宅性能評估的申請。
內政部表示，
，「住宅性能評估實施辦法」草案是依「住宅法」擬定，
，規劃建立住宅性能評估制度，
，鼓勵住宅興建者、所有權人或公寓大廈管理委員會申請評估。
為鼓勵民間參與住宅性能評估，
，草案明定，屋齡達一定年限的既有住宅申請住宅性能評估，主管機關將公告指定性能類別，補助一定比率的評估費用，補助上限為45%。
內政部營建署管理組組長劉田財表示，根據專家學者初步共識，擬將開放屋齡20年或25年以上住宅，最快自民國103年起申請評估補助，符合規定者最高可補助45%評估費用，上限為新台幣30萬元。
根據草案，住宅性能評估分為新建住宅及既有住宅兩部分，依結構安全、防火安全、無障礙環境、空氣環境、光環境、音環境、節能省水、住宅維護等8種性能類別，分別評估性能等級。
草案規定，新建住宅需8種性能類別一併申請；既有住宅則由申請人視需求選擇，若申請人為公寓大廈管理委員會者，建議以結構安全、防火安全、無障礙環境、節能省水及住宅維護等5項評估類別為優先。1011206

台北市近20年來首度針對市民運動概況進行調查，
，發現台北市民有做運動的比例高達83.3％，
，而一周運動至少3天、每天運動30分鐘的規律運動人口比例，
，則為45.6％，

「調查運動人口是偉大城市的象徵。」台北市體育局長何金樑強調，

，藉以作為接下來推廣市民運動風氣的依據，達到「運動台北、健康市民」的目標。
根據這份超過萬人的調查結果顯示，規律運動人口比例達45.6％，但若以體育署的規律運動標準「運動333」來調查，也就是每周運動至少3天、每天運動30分鐘、心跳達每分鐘130下，規律人口比例則掉到29.7％，低於全國平均31.3％，何金樑表示，這是未來需努力的目標。
細究研究結果，台北市男、女運動比例為46.8％與44.5％，落差不大，但從年齡分布來看，30歲至44歲的市民，規律運動人口比例都偏低，何金樑說：「台北市有12座運動中心，每年營運時間至少350天，未來針對這群因工作無法規律運動的人口，將安排運動講座或課程，營造運動環境。」
至於台北市民的運動觀賞習慣，棒球是市民的最愛，多達41.7％，籃球則以32.5％居次，值得一提的是，台北市民有多達44.3％平常沒有觀賞運動賽事的習慣。，
一艘大陸漁船今天疑因在日本沖繩（琉球）附近日本專屬經濟海域內作業被日方扣留，
