苗栗：前年9月29日駕駛遊覽車載客到苗栗縣銅鑼鄉九華山參拜的司機石傑安，因上坡路段操控換檔不當導致車子後滑撞及山壁後翻覆，致有心臟病的鄭姓香客呼吸、心跳突停，送醫延至同年2個月後不治。檢方領結，29日依業務過失致死罪嫌將他提起公訴。
