為因應全球景氣下滑，探索兩岸中小企業合作商機，第6屆兩岸中小企業合作發展論壇昨日在台北王朝大酒店開幕。北京清華大學台灣研究院副院長殷存毅表示，中國大陸幅員遼闊，區域發展差距顯著，仍有很大發展空間。論壇由中華兩岸企業發展聯合總會、北京清華大學台灣研究院、河北冀南新區及磁縣共同籌辦，今年主題是「合作與創新」，邀請海基會董事長林中森、河北邯鄲市委副書記陳會新、北京清華大學台研院常務副院長殷存毅等人出席，並有近500位兩岸企業家與學者參加。

為因應全球景氣下滑，探索兩岸中小企業合作商機，第6屆兩岸中小企業合作發展論壇昨日在台北王朝大酒店開幕。北京清華大學台灣研究院副院長殷存毅表示，中國大陸幅員遼闊，區域發展差距顯著，仍有很大發展空間。論壇由中華兩岸企業發展聯合總會、北京清華大學台灣研究院、河北冀南新區及磁縣共同籌辦，今年主題是「合作與創新」，邀請海基會董事長林中森、河北邯鄲市委副書記陳會新、北京清華大學台研院常務副院長殷存毅等人出席，並有近500位兩岸企業家與學者參加。

林中森致詞表示，要成為大企業都需經過中小企業發展的過程，台灣輔導中小企業轉型升級經驗豐富，兩岸有許多優勢互補之處，期待合作發展新商機。殷存毅指出，自2008年迄今，國際經濟不景氣都未能徹底改善，兩岸各自經濟環境也面臨前所未有的挑戰。目前大陸經濟進入「新常態」，企業經營成本不斷上升，從2000年到2014年，光是平均工資就成長了5倍。他說，為探索經濟發展新動能，大陸推廣青年創新創業，未來各地將有22個台灣青創園區，提供青年施展才華的舞台，政府也將給予廠房、資金等各方面政策支持，藉此培養新一代企業家。他也強調，大陸幅員遼闊，區域發展差距顯著，仍有很大發展空間，例如京津冀地區重工業發達，但民生產業相對薄弱，提供了台灣中小企業發展的新契機。中華兩岸企業發展聯合總會榮譽副總會長李建榮則表示，不管明年兩岸有什麼情勢變化，都將持續推動中小企業合作，為企業創造商會，造福兩岸人民。(中國時報)，
