桃園市警察局暑假推出宣傳微電影《失物招領》，為刻畫幸福感，劇情特地改編發生在平鎮分局轄區的真實故事，而片中也動員桃園分局小清新女警陳湘涵及外型帥氣的資訊室巡官吳宗穎擔綱男女主角，感人劇情及如同偶像劇的演員陣容，短時間就在網路瘋傳，點閱率破千。55歲日籍女士米村廣美，日前丈夫過世，今年3月帶著2個兒子及30年前舊訃聞，遠渡重洋到桃園市平鎮區尋根，在警民通力合作，完成認祖歸宗之旅，感人故事情節，反倒成為市警局微電影《失物招領》的真實改編劇本。

為提升警察形象，市警局每年都會編列預算，邀請專業團隊拍攝，並以微電影方式呈現，除聘請專業演員助陣，為增加真實性，影片中主角多半從員警遴選。被選為片中男主角「阿彥」的吳宗穎，雖然沒有半句台詞，但豐富的神情，演技頗受劇組好評。而長相清秀的桃園分局女警陳湘涵，為參與演出，還惡補日文，在片中展露演技，博得小清新稱號，劇組導演更看重陳的潛力，私下表示，要將她列入未來劇情片的演員名單。(中國時報)，
