日本偶像劇《派遣女醫》、《醫龍》催生「嘉中傳奇」董祖滔重考拚上台大醫學系圓了醫生夢，他更證明自己即使僅有1%的機會也要逆轉勝，成功翻轉人生道路的各種可能性。董祖滔2年前自嘉義高中普通班畢業，以學測64級分錄取政大應數系，讀2個半月，志趣不合休學，想重考醫科，父母反對，爸爸刀子嘴豆腐心地勸他「99%考不上」，他堅定地說「即使只有1%機會也要試」，去年考取台大生命科學系，念一學期再休學，立志上台大醫學系，今年指考453.6分如願以償金榜題名。

董祖滔說，高一時陪阿公就醫，對有些醫生高傲的態度，感覺不好，影響醫病沒有互信、互相尊重關係，看日劇《派遣女醫》、《醫龍》熱血救人很酷，嚮往當外科醫生，加倍認真準備重考。班導師周玠苗說，祖滔一直是默默努力型的學生，考上台大醫學系成為學校傳奇，有很多學弟想知道他的故事及經驗，期勉他成為有使命感的好醫生。(中國時報)，
