歐元周四已摜破1.36美元重要支撐，
，周五進一步滑落，紐約交易時段跌至1.3490美元。總計本周累計跌幅已逾2％，是今年2月初以來周線最大跌幅。
歐元今年來一直表現強勢，是漲幅前幾大主要貨幣，相關利多連串，包括經濟有機會邁向長期復甦、資金重回歐股與美國財政危機帶來的避險買盤需求。即便短線急跌，歐元兌美元今年累計漲幅仍有4％。
不過，周四出爐的數據顯示，歐元區10月通膨年增率降至0.7％，創4年最低，失業率則維持於12.2％的歷史新高，尤其，通膨率下滑最令人憂心，代表歐元區步上通縮的威脅升高。通膨率遠低於ECB設定近2％的目標，ECB下周將召開決策會議，市場因此預期會議可能做成降息的決議。
花旗策略師梅里諾夫（Valentin Marinov）表示：「通膨數據點燃市場對ECB下周降息與發表鴿派聲明的預期，ECB總裁也可能點名，貨幣升值與歐元區通膨率下滑的關聯。」
巴克萊經濟學家卡布（Francois Cabau）指出：「我們不認為ECB下周就會宣布降息，不過ECB總裁德拉吉在會後記者會勢必面臨媒體有關通縮威脅的問題。」許多策略師也認為，ECB下周降息的可能性不高，但很可能在12月，就會進一步寬鬆銀根。
西太平洋銀行資深貨幣策略師卡洛（Sean Callow）表示，「儘管市場揣測沸沸揚揚，但下周降息可能性偏低，反而12月降息的可能性較大。」卡洛預測，歐元兌美元未來一個月可能下探1.34美元。法巴銀行策略師賽威爾（Steven Saywell）也說，ECB於12月降息的可能性較高，因此歐元未來幾周還有「相當大的」下跌空間。，

科學動手做今年科展主題館提供親子互動，製作衛星模型。（黃仲裕攝）
第55屆全國中小學科學展覽會20日起連續6天在成大光復校區舉辦，共有391件作品參展，除了來自全國近2000好手參加外，國家實驗研究院也設立「台灣的福爾摩沙衛星」、「實踐3R5F認識實驗動物」等兩大科學主題館，吸引不少學生到場參觀。20日起至25日在成大光復校區中正堂展出的全國科展，除了391件各高中、大學、國中學生設計的作品參展外，主辦單位還設置了適合親子共同參與的科學教育博覽會，計有科學遊戲闖關攤位、動手做科學、自造者主題展示區、科學藝術舞台劇等。

科學動手做今年科展主題館提供親子互動，製作衛星模型。（黃仲裕攝）
第55屆全國中小學科學展覽會20日起連續6天在成大光復校區舉辦，共有391件作品參展，除了來自全國近2000好手參加外，國家實驗研究院也設立「台灣的福爾摩沙衛星」、「實踐3R5F認識實驗動物」等兩大科學主題館，吸引不少學生到場參觀。20日起至25日在成大光復校區中正堂展出的全國科展，除了391件各高中、大學、國中學生設計的作品參展外，主辦單位還設置了適合親子共同參與的科學教育博覽會，計有科學遊戲闖關攤位、動手做科學、自造者主題展示區、科學藝術舞台劇等。

國家實驗研究院的主題館，就設在成大國際會議中心多功能廳，「台灣的福爾摩沙衛星」主題館在志工的導引下，可以看見預定在明年初就要發射的福爾摩沙衛星5號1:1的模型，許多家長均帶著子女動手做科學，親子經由「衛星紙模型」一步一步製作過程中，可以很快認識衛星各部位的元件與功能，並進一步了解台灣衛星的功能與成果。在「認識實驗動物」主題館內，也有不少學生形容自己是第一次與實驗動物接觸，透過觸摸實驗動物皮毛標本，了解實驗動物對科學的重要性。除了科展，中研院院士李遠哲、成大校長蘇慧貞，20日上午也在成大成功廳進行「與大師對談」，兩位科學家與參加科展的學生談科學研究的態度與經驗，這些未來的小科學家都上了寶貴的一課。(中國時報)，

北京首都機場20日晚上發生首起爆裂物引爆事件，
，引起北京警方高度緊張。一位來自山東的殘障人士冀中星疑似伸冤無門，
，推著輪椅到北京首都機場T3航站樓出口，
，引爆手中的黑色火藥，
，現場頓時濃煙四起，
，冀中星負傷送醫。所幸，
，該起事件未造成人員死亡。
今年6月初，
，一位60多歲的廈門老人曾為了申訴官方處置不公，
，讓他無法生存，憤而引爆當地一輛公車，造成40多人死亡。20日晚6點半，34歲、來自山東菏澤的冀中星也疑似在無處伸冤下，於北京首都機場T3航站樓國際到達出口外10公尺處，引爆製作鞭炮的黑火藥。
僅引爆者1人炸傷
一聲巨響後，現場頓時濃煙滾滾，一片混亂，煙霧瀰漫整個出口。最後，冀中星也炸傷自己，被緊急送醫。大批警力封鎖現場，防爆部隊立即進駐。
現場目擊者稱，冀中星拿著炸藥在T3航站樓的出口嚷了很久卻沒人理。最後他把炸藥外包著的白色塑膠打開，周圍的人發覺不對勁，保安才匆匆跑過去探詢。不料保安人員和冀中星說不到兩句話，冀中星就引爆手中炸藥。
支撐他的 是伸冤意念
所幸沒有傳出傷亡消息，班機起降也一切正常。爆炸發生後兩小時內，中共宣傳部立即下達噤聲令，原本掛在新聞頁面的消息被撤下，冀中星的部落格也被新浪網管迅速關閉。
冀中星決定採取極端手法、表達意見，已在他新浪博客文章中透露端倪。
冀中星發文指出，他是一介農民，家中窮困潦倒。2006年，他前往東莞打工時，竟被東莞的新塘治安隊用鋼管毆打，腰椎被打到爆裂性骨折，導致完全癱瘓，喪失行動能力。
冀中星在被救治後，返回該治安隊抗議，卻被反咬一口，指稱他是被地痞流氓毆打。冀中星指稱，在叫天天不應、叫地地不靈，有冤無處申的困境下，只能含淚回去山東，四處向親戚借貸。
他說，至今下身潰爛、癱瘓，還欠了10多萬人民幣的債務。爾後，他母親、奶奶、叔叔也一一去世。冀中星最後在文中表示，現在支撐他的，是強烈的伸冤意念。

交通部觀光局副局長劉喜臨昨天表示，
，觀光局正在規畫，
，陸客團來台不但購物點將減少，
，也將縮短單一購物點停留時間，
，甚至要求陸客團有一定比例的天數要進住星級旅館，
，但因相關改變需先透過修法程序，
，何時上路目前並無既定時間表，
，因此農曆春節期間來台的陸客團應不致受到影響。
面對即將來到的農曆新年，
，國民旅遊和陸客團勢必將擠爆整個台灣。劉喜臨說，會要求大陸組團社和台灣接待社，確認一定要住、車等確認妥善安排，才能來台，絕不影響陸客來台旅遊的權益和品質。
春節團須確定住、車
大陸海旅會14日表示，為提升陸客來台旅遊品質，台灣將展開對住宿、餐飲、遊覽車、購物等相關產業鏈業者的評估把關；包括減少團客購物點的時間。
海旅會表示，目前的8天7夜陸客團原有7個購物點，未來可能減少至4個；5天4夜的購物點可能由4個減至3個；4天3夜行程的購物點可能減至2個。單一購物點停留時間，過去並無規範，但未來也有可能限制，至於是40、45或50分鐘，仍未定案。
旅館評鑑做得更周延
觀光局副局長劉喜臨昨天表示，對於陸客團來台旅遊的購物點和時間，觀光局確有相關規畫，但目前尚未定案。至於規畫已久的陸客團來台一定比例的天數需進住星級飯店，也會朝此方向進行，由於去年底有許多旅館申請星級評鑑，目前積極進行，至少會將星級評鑑做得更周延後，陸客一定比例的天數進住星級飯店案才會上路實施，目前並無時間表。，
