    　報導引述北京不願具名外交官說法指，這可視為緊張情勢將升高，因為大陸將發放幾百萬本護照，成人的護照認證可用10年。
    　報導引述大陸外交部的聲明表示，「在中國護照上的地圖不針對任何特定國家，中國很願意與相關國家進行積極溝通。」
    　報導說，日本政府也關注新版大陸護照的釣魚台情況，不過因為圖片太小、並不明顯，日本當局並未對此進行升溫。
    　中國人民大學國際政治系教授時殷弘表示，決定在護照上印刷地圖的很可能只是部級官員層級，而非國家領導人層次。
    　此外，報導還說，大陸新版護照內頁圖片還包括台灣兩處旅遊景點。
    　行政院大陸委員會告訴金融時報：「大陸應該正視中華民國存在與既定立場，我們希望擱置爭議、面對事實，一起為台海和平與穩定發展努力。」1011122
    
    中國電子護照納南海　引起菲律賓抗議

    菲律賓今天抗議中國電子護照上，把「南中國海」畫為中國領海。
    菲律賓外交部向中國駐馬尼拉使館提出抗議，聲稱菲律賓強烈抗議中國最近推出的電子護照，因為這本護照把整個「南中國海」畫為中國領海，但實際上，其中一部分是菲律賓領海。抗議信還說，由於「南中國海」的畫面不正確，菲律賓不會承認中國電子護照。菲國外交部還說，越南也就中國電子護照，向北京提出抗議。
    有外國記者向中國外交部查詢此事，中國外交部回覆是：中國電子護照完全符合國際標準。

將在重開機的超級英雄電影《驚奇４超人》中飾演核心隊長「奇幻人」的麥爾斯泰勒，等不及銀幕上的英雄事蹟上演，上周末就在邁阿密海灘上，成了真實世界中的超級英雄。當天麥爾斯與模特兒女友柯莉史佩瑞在海中親密戲水，悠閒時光卻在尖叫聲中化為驚悚事件，一位帶著幼女的懷孕婦女在浪潮中驚呼：「鯊魚！」當所有戲水民眾倉皇逃上岸時，麥爾斯卻沒忘記前後無援的孕婦，在女友陪伴之下，麥爾斯沉穩地牽著孕婦的手，一行４人匆忙地回到岸上。13日麥爾斯與柯莉回到海灘，但這次已經學乖，決定搭乘遊艇出遊，堅持絕不下水。

鼓聲咚咚響，舞獅在台上「搖頭晃腦」，韓國、玻利維亞童玩節表演團隊，台下看得入神；他們昨日跟著黎明醒獅團學舞獅，精采的文化交流登場，大家玩得不亦樂乎。來自韓國的16歲女團員權英熙說，獅子看起來很恐怖，但實際學起來很有趣。2015年宜蘭國際童玩藝術節，共有國內外17個國家的表演團隊，陸續在園區表演，透過多采多姿的表演，展現各國特色與文化，童玩節主辦單位安排各團隊深入社區，體驗做捏麵人、學武術、做蔥油餅，甚至下鄉演出，感受台灣文化。

玻利維亞童玩節表演團隊，昨日跟著黎明醒獅團學舞獅，團員每個人興致勃勃，展開一場精采的文化交流。（王亭云攝）

鼓聲咚咚響，舞獅在台上「搖頭晃腦」，韓國、玻利維亞童玩節表演團隊，台下看得入神；他們昨日跟著黎明醒獅團學舞獅，精采的文化交流登場，大家玩得不亦樂乎。來自韓國的16歲女團員權英熙說，獅子看起來很恐怖，但實際學起來很有趣。2015年宜蘭國際童玩藝術節，共有國內外17個國家的表演團隊，陸續在園區表演，透過多采多姿的表演，展現各國特色與文化，童玩節主辦單位安排各團隊深入社區，體驗做捏麵人、學武術、做蔥油餅，甚至下鄉演出，感受台灣文化。

黎明醒獅團由黎明國小學生組成，小小團員熟練地舞著獅頭，並與外國團隊近距離互動，韓國、玻利維亞團員跟著學打鼓、走踏步，現場熱鬧滾滾，16、17歲的韓國女團員活力十足，有人拿韓國扇子在前頭，有人扛獅頭跟著扇子到處奔跑，笑聲不斷。「舞獅很恐怖！」在韓國曾看過舞獅的權英熙說，獅頭在身邊舞動時，覺得很恐怖，一開始不敢接近，但後來覺得不過只是道具而已，玩起來滿有趣的，也有韓國團員喊著獅頭好重。玻利維亞團長Teresa表示，自己的國家有中華城，有許多華人，雖然之前也看過舞獅表演，不過這次是親自體驗，感覺十分新奇。(中國時報)，

救營收 宏達電5吋機在美首發

    　宏達電、Verizon昨日終於共同宣布，以邀請大家「體驗我們最新的作品」為題，於美國紐約時間下週二（13日）早上11點舉行聯合記者會。
    　而在售價方面，Droid DNA在各方面規格都不會輸三星Galaxy Note 2，但Droid DNA在Verizon的合約價為199.99美元，比起Note 2兩年合約價達299.99美元來說，或許能夠因此吸引不少有意選購大螢幕機種的用戶。
    　由於蝴蝶機在日本上市日期落在12月、Droid DNA則可望11月底前後在美國開賣，可以預期，這將是宏達電11月營收較10月出現明顯好轉的重要因素。，

中共中央政治局會議昨天審議並通過中共中央紀律檢查委員會《關於周永康嚴重違紀案的審查報告》，因巨額受賄、通姦等罪名，決定給予中共前政法委書記周永康開除黨籍處分，對其涉嫌犯罪問題及線索移送司法機關依法處理。新華社於今日凌晨發出報導稱，經查，周永康嚴重違反黨的政治紀律、組織紀律、保密紀律；利用職務便利為多人謀取非法利益，直接或通過家人收受鉅額賄賂；濫用職權幫助親屬、情婦、朋友從事經營活動獲取鉅額利益，造成國有資產重大損失；洩露黨和國家機密；嚴重違反廉潔自律規定，本人及親屬收受他人大量財物；與多名女性通姦並進行權色、錢色交易。

藍擱置核四公投案 但不撤案

    　歷經二次臨時會、朝野衝撞都過不了關的核四公投案，

，朝野爆發激烈肢體衝突，仍無力回天。黨內彌漫一股「吃力不討好」、「不願再打一架」的氛圍，又逢自家原提案人、國民黨立委李慶華在馬王政爭紛擾之際撤案窘境。
    　政院高層悄悄啟動對應策略，尋求「替代方案」。據知情立委轉述，行政院為此展開密集研商後，最後行政院長江宜樺同意，「若可以保住台電預算，可以接受核四公投暫緩推動」，並且讓10月電價調漲案、兩岸服貿協議等重大議案能順利通過。
    　林鴻池昨也同時在黨團大會宣布「清理戰場」，核四公投案等爭議法案都暫緩推動，擬列出兩岸服貿協議、電價調整、兩岸互設辦事處等優先法案，否則本會期將「一事無成」。
    　黨團大會仍聚焦在核四公投案上，未對在野黨杯葛江揆施政報告所面臨的僵局有所討論。李慶華在黨團大會花10幾分鐘說明撤案理由，質疑核四安檢報告明年、後年能否出來？都還要打問號，既然如此，不如釜底抽薪，拿掉製造朝野紛爭的公投案，「不要公投綁安檢」。立委丁守中也呼應，安檢報告未完成，幹嘛掛著案子，「國民黨找罵挨嗎？」
    　國民黨立委吳育昇在會中反對撤案，他提醒萬一撤案，民進黨或呂秀蓮又再發動全民公投，屆時該怎麼辦？希望黨團考量後續政治效應，採折衷方式，讓李慶華提案暫時擺著不動，等政府完全核四安檢後，才啟動公投！
    　執政黨更擬定後續兩大攻防策略，採取不撤案、不綁選舉戰術，決策人士透露「公投案擺在那裡，就是要預防綠營另提續建核四公投案來反制」。國民黨立法院黨團決議，在台電未完成核能四廠安全檢測前，暫緩推動立委李慶華提出的「核四停建公投案」，政院對此表示尊重。

    　面對國內反核意識高漲，世界核能協會秘書長阿格妮塔.瑞新(Agnata Rising)表示，全球沒有一個堅持非核家園，又能兼顧電力需求的國家。另外，美國核能協會外部溝通處資深處長瓦特.希爾(Walter Hill)認為，政府應讓資訊透明化，建立信心。
