正值畢業季，勞動部雲嘉南分署結合技職大學，與企業合作推「產學訓專班」，參訓學生前半年在分署訓練，後3年半投入職場實習。遠科大機械工程大一生沈子修，去年參加產學訓專班，目前在震勵機械實習，因學費補助過半加上實習薪水，畢業後不用擔心學貸壓力。雲嘉南分署結合南臺及遠東科技大學，與可成科技、震勵機械6家企業合作，開辦「工業控制」及「機電整合」專班，預計招訓80人，參加訓練學生，前半年在署內上課及輔導考照，後3年半投入業界實習，依不同企業給予2萬至2萬6000元實習薪水並補助學費。

該校機械工程系一年級沈子修，2014年參加機械加工產學訓專班，目前在震勵機械實習，具有熱處理乙級及丙級等6張證照，因學費補助過半，加上實習的收入，畢業後沒有學貸壓力，也比同學多4年職場經驗。分署長柯呈枋表示，產學訓專班的優點是贏在起跑點，參訓學生同時取得大學學歷與工作經歷，畢業後因熟悉企業內部運作，公司大都會優先僱用，在學時搶先職場卡位。台灣薪資凍漲，22K低薪已成常態，參加產學訓專班，大一實習薪水平均2萬2000元起跳，讓大學新鮮人就讀時，不用擔心畢業後背學貸壓力。(中國時報)，
