為鼓勵青年創業，青年事務局自9月起啟動「TYC桃園市青年茁壯計畫」，到年底前有34場青創課程，由創業達人經驗分享。桃園市長鄭文燦捎來好消息，幼獅工業區將打造10公頃的幼獅國際青年創業村，最快2019年開始營運，滿足青年所有創業需求。鄭文燦說，青年事務局9至12月將舉辦34場青年創業課程，由創業達人經驗分享。TYC青年職涯及創業資源網，也預計在11月上線，在官網清楚揭示資源和政策。10月31日至11月1日舉辦2天1夜的「TYC創業政策黑客松」，邀請青年朋友一起腦力激盪，角逐10萬元總獎金。
