新北市工務局今年起推動一系列便民服務，包括「Your Home 悠活宅168」方案，縮短申請建照冗長的等待時間，核准率近8成；此外，6月起更創新至各區巡迴服務，專人說明建管法令，深耕服務偏鄉地區，讓民眾免奔波。工務局長朱惕之8日於市政會議，就近期工務局推出便民創新服務與實際執行情況專案報告。他表示，今年4月起，工務局針對民眾自用或自地自建5樓以下、2戶內非公眾使用建築物的使照及建照申請，推出「Your Home 悠活宅168」，將核發天數從原本需15至28個工作天，縮短至5到8個工作天。

新北市工務局今年起推動一系列便民服務，包括「Your Home 悠活宅168」方案，縮短申請建照冗長的等待時間，核准率近8成；此外，6月起更創新至各區巡迴服務，專人說明建管法令，深耕服務偏鄉地區，讓民眾免奔波。工務局長朱惕之8日於市政會議，就近期工務局推出便民創新服務與實際執行情況專案報告。他表示，今年4月起，工務局針對民眾自用或自地自建5樓以下、2戶內非公眾使用建築物的使照及建照申請，推出「Your Home 悠活宅168」，將核發天數從原本需15至28個工作天，縮短至5到8個工作天。

工務局指出，「Your Home 悠活宅168」並不採委外協審，由工務局同仁審查，將核發速度加快至5至8個工作天，目前建照申請案共30件，已核准23件，核准率達76％。朱惕之也提及，6月起首創「建管服務列車」，至各偏鄉服務民眾，提供解決建管問題及申請建照等疑難雜症，並就近解釋建管法令，讓民眾不用奔波。目前已試辦5場，決定擴大服務，每2周就下鄉至區公所，至今年底還有9場，包括鶯歌、瑞芳、萬里、坪林、三芝、烏來、貢寮及石碇等區。(中國時報)，
