嘉義市工商發展投資策進會舉辦首屆「嘉義旅外同鄉二代青年返嘉創業觀摩之旅」，6日安排學員與市長涂醒哲、承億文旅、樂檸鮮事、手在比薩等青年創業家座談，聊創業歷程、理念與嘉市創業環境。承億文旅總經理戴淑玲從建築業跨界旅館業，毫無經驗、邊做邊學，她秉6字箴言「恁祖媽跟你拚」，走出文創旅店新路，團隊多是青年，用年輕人的腦袋賺年輕人的口袋，預計年底達成10間分店。

樂檸鮮事董事長陳永中，從沒學過餐飲、沒做過生意，8年前從蔬果店發跡，堅持新鮮、實在、簡單，希望顧客自在享用美食，暫時擺脫大人世界的羈絆，祭出「穿短褲享優惠」加強品牌印象。陳說，嘉市是個步調慢、很溫柔、充滿人情味的地方，有很多機會調整、學習、創造自己的氛圍，提醒青年「不要想成為任何人，做最好的自己」，今年已達10家連鎖店，9月打敗其他國際連鎖品牌，獲邀入駐台南新光三越西門新天地。戴淑玲指出，找出城市特色、保留獨特氛圍很重要，在台北很容易被淹沒，在嘉義則比較容易被看見，但希望市府對輔導創業有完整規畫，無論資金或交流平台。嘉市微型創業中心將是整合創業的平台，是6都以外第一個由政府設置的創業育成中心，結合共同工作空間、自造者空間、育成後的孵化空間，租金低廉、交通便利，加上網路行銷，把嘉市品牌賣到全台，甚至前進世界。(中國時報)，
