好吃茶葉蛋那裡可以吃到！台中榮總嘉義分院附設日光園地為思覺失調病友進行職訓，2日發表學員手做藝品、茶葉蛋、QQ蛋等成果，茶葉蛋以30多種中藥材滷包、綠茶、老薑片等慢煮2天入味，小美食隱藏在醫院，住巷仔內的人才有得吃。日光園地護理師林卿瑜指導協助學員煮茶葉蛋、QQ蛋，3年有成，每天煮1、200顆茶葉蛋，主要顧客是到醫院的病患或家屬，回頭客很多，客源穩定成長，但學員動作緩慢，製作的量有限，供不應求，量多時需提前預訂，趕工的話可以煮2、300顆。

好吃茶葉蛋那裡可以吃到！台中榮總嘉義分院附設日光園地為思覺失調病友進行職訓，2日發表學員手做藝品、茶葉蛋、QQ蛋等成果，茶葉蛋以30多種中藥材滷包、綠茶、老薑片等慢煮2天入味，小美食隱藏在醫院，住巷仔內的人才有得吃。日光園地護理師林卿瑜指導協助學員煮茶葉蛋、QQ蛋，3年有成，每天煮1、200顆茶葉蛋，主要顧客是到醫院的病患或家屬，回頭客很多，客源穩定成長，但學員動作緩慢，製作的量有限，供不應求，量多時需提前預訂，趕工的話可以煮2、300顆。

QQ蛋看來像淡水鐵蛋，滷至深咖啡色，口感卻軟Q適中，不硬，蛋白部分特別Q彈，口味有點鹹略帶甘味。林卿瑜說，用頂級醬油慢煮入味後，冷凍，再滷，如此反覆操作幾次，就成了QQ蛋，也是暢銷品。嘉榮醫院自2008年起在吳鳳北路35巷的附設門診，成立日間型機構「日光園地」復健中心，結合社工師、護理師、心理師、職能治療師等專業人員，輔導訓練思覺失調者生活及工作技能，多年有成，已有學員陸續重返社會職場就業，將擴大招收學員。(中國時報)，
