池上鄉清潔隊員徐維村，22日晚間在執行垃圾清理勤務時，遭到酒駕男子蕭信宗從後方猛力撞擊，徐男腿部當場血流如注，送醫緊急開刀後，昨天再後送至三軍總醫院搶救。蕭男酒測值高達1.23，警方訊後將他依公共危險罪移送地檢署複訊。蕭男酒測值超過1，執行酒測的員警也嚇一大跳，直呼這樣已經近乎昏迷了，還能開車？蕭男酒醒後發現闖下大禍，頻頻說真的很後悔，不過已經為時已晚。
