秋風一吹柿子紅了，牛心柿、蜜柿和筆柿等總產量占全國8成的番路鄉，雖因颱風減產3成，17日登場的柿子節仍提供價格實惠鮮果和新創冰淇淋、脆片等，公所13日秀出與靛花青工房合作的柿澀染布和柿汁漆器，引領民眾發現「柿情不簡單」！柿子是番路鄉主要經濟作物，每年生產量達5000公噸，公所和農會通力開發新商品行銷，近年除新鮮脆柿、紅柿，加工柿餅、柿葉茶和冰淇淋是遊客必買伴手禮，為解決石灰脫澀不完全和品相問題，推廣「真空脫澀」鮮柿，口感和保鮮度更好；公所鑒於天災打落農民心血，首度請來植物染專家林孝桂、周鍾煇指導柿澀染。

柿子紅了 番路鄉迎賓

秋風一吹柿子紅了，牛心柿、蜜柿和筆柿等總產量占全國8成的番路鄉，雖因颱風減產3成，17日登場的柿子節仍提供價格實惠鮮果和新創冰淇淋、脆片等，公所13日秀出與靛花青工房合作的柿澀染布和柿汁漆器，引領民眾發現「柿情不簡單」！柿子是番路鄉主要經濟作物，每年生產量達5000公噸，公所和農會通力開發新商品行銷，近年除新鮮脆柿、紅柿，加工柿餅、柿葉茶和冰淇淋是遊客必買伴手禮，為解決石灰脫澀不完全和品相問題，推廣「真空脫澀」鮮柿，口感和保鮮度更好；公所鑒於天災打落農民心血，首度請來植物染專家林孝桂、周鍾煇指導柿澀染。

以發酵再製柿汁渲染的書封、圍巾、茶席巾和抱枕等擺開，深淺褐色搭配不同顏色染料，隨創作者壓印出各式圖樣，周鍾煇表示，柿汁富含單寧酸和膠質，可讓纖維產生極佳色牢度，耐洗耐曬且歷久色澤益透樸素、堅實，雖不鮮麗卻深沉迷人。另柿汁也可再製後塗擦木器成防腐漆器，凸顯木紋天然氣質，未來落果也能創造產值！(中國時報)，
