黃少祺８日出席三立八點檔《甘味人生》記者會，談到陶喆出軌事件，他表示即便粉絲示愛，他都不會回應，「不互動就不會有後續。」他和老婆小蓁在一起15年，６年前在美國登記結婚，近年常到大陸拍戲的他，將老婆和３歲兒子帶在身邊，讓他兼顧工作及家庭。他過去為保護妻兒隱私，曾肉身趴車嗆記者，近年談家事，態度已落落大方，他昨興奮表示自己「雙喜臨門」，除新戲將上檔，老婆也計畫在27日「良辰吉時」剖腹產，他笑稱「老婆已發通告」，他會排除萬難陪進產房，一起迎接次子到來，並全程錄影。

但喜事帶來的困擾也不少，他表示老婆孕吐非常嚴重，口中常有濃稠的痰，且晚上也無法躺著睡，必須靠坐睡著，令他相當心疼；本還想要個女兒的他，考量老婆已40歲，且孕期身體狀況不佳，沒打算再有下一胎。而３歲大兒子近來常吃未出生弟弟的醋，曾童言童語說：「媽媽生出弟弟後，我要把他丟下去，爸爸再去接住他。」令他相當苦惱；夫妻倆決定之後送大兒子上幼稚園，期盼有其他小朋友的陪伴，轉移兒子注意力，減低失寵焦慮。(中國時報)，
