復興航空GE235空難疑點
飛安會調查GE235南港空難時發現，操控駕駛員廖建宗去年轉訓考試就曾因「發動機熄火應變程序不熟練」未過關，復航出動協理級教官訓練才讓他補考通過；復興航空7個月內發生2起重大空難，交通部民航局要求復航55名ATR機隊機師重測，口試和模擬機訓練都有機師未過關，學者認為復航管理和訓練恐都要加強。

飛安會指出，調閱南港空難駕駛紀錄發現，原為ATR72-500型機師的廖建宗去年5月31日參加ATR72-600型機師轉訓模擬機考試時，分別因為「發動機熄火應變程序不夠熟練」、「緊急應變手冊程序不熟練」、「單發動機進場重飛時油門處理不夠到位」、「400呎以下發動機火警程序未按程序」與「座艙管理與飛行計畫要加強」等緊急應變考試不合格。1個月後補考才通過考官給廖的評語為「對操作手冊的知識不足」，但復航技術檢討會開會仍決定廖重新訓練後補考；為了讓廖過關，復航出動航務部協理擔任訓練教官，約1個月後重新考試，更由ATR原廠總機師擔任考官，廖才順利通過，成為ATR72-600型機師。針對廖建宗的轉訓考試是補考才過關，復航總經理吳滬生昨表示，就像考駕照考不過，可以再考，最後每個項目考過就是合格駕駛。但他強調，以後機師考試會更嚴格，除了自我考核外，也邀請監理機關民航局參加，從多方面考核，達到要求水準。ATR機隊重新再考核民航局在復航接連發生空難後，認為復航ATR機隊機師在緊急情況下的應變要加強，安排2階段適職性考驗，55名機師今年2月7日及3月12日完成2梯次考核，未通過考驗的10人，經公司強化訓練後，已全數考驗通過；第二階段模擬機考試在泰國曼谷執行，其中有4人沒過關，經公司強化訓練後才全數考驗通過。雖然機師通過考驗，但民眾對復航的信心尚未恢復。復航今年2月之後載客率的回復不顯著，雖然國內、兩岸和國際等航線的載客都有逐漸恢復，但沒有恢復至去年同期水準，全航線的載客率平均約6成。(中國時報)
